I was working out of town and saw a nice cozy diner and stopped in for breakfast. The coffee was weak, and the food was brought to the table completely cold. It was sent back and was awful. The Hash browns were barely cooked, no seasoning whatsoever. The waitress passed by several times and saw that my friend did not take not 1 single bite of his breakfast platter and never even cared to acknowledge. We paid and left. My point is mainly that a good waitress makes sure that their customer leaves satisfied and full. She was young so she will learn that being nice is good but caring about your customers is how you make good tips. I hope the lunch menu is better than the breakfast.

We waited 40 minutes for 2 plain burgers with literally just patties and cheese on them no mayo or nothing we werent even asked what all we wanted on the burgers meanwhile other people got the burger all the way and some with lettuce and tomato but ours were plain and BLAND we used ketchup but even that had no taste. Wish there was an option for no stars

Country Cooking, Hometown, Good Food! We had the omelet with hashbrowns and toast. Good country food! Staff was friendly! Well worth the trip. Goldston is a small small town but man the food was good! Gonna have to go back and try the Famous Rufus burger!
