We stopped here to get breakfast. It took atleast 5 minutes to be recognized while standing at the register. Asked if sauce was in my bag to be sure it wasn't forgotten because they were kind of busy and the manager got smart about it. I only asked because another customer came in from drive through missing a whole biscuit that was on his ticket. The biscuit weren't done all the way. I just put it in my airfryer.
In the past I've had bad experiences with this business with old food and overcooked rice etc and unprofessional employees. I haven't been in some time because of this so I was really apprehensive about going today 8-7-25 at 6:30pm but I figured I would try one more time. Well I was pleasantly surprised. I was parked for fresh chicken, I went inside after about 20 minutes of waiting and it was never dropped in the fryer because the manager “never received notice from the drive through”. After about an hour total of waiting since I arrived, I finally received my food.
