Placed a DoorDash order for this location tonight. Food was good, however it was incorrect. We were missing our 2 Large Sweet teas and the sides on one of the platters were completely incorrect. We received the handwritten ticket in the bag with the order written incorrectly. So just a suggestion, don’t rewrite electronically submitted orders. Make those orders viewable in the kitchen, or print it.

I have eaten at this location many times and the food and service have always been excellent! I would recommend Hursey's to anyone looking for either a BBQ dinner or even their fried flounder! Their flounder platter is highly recommended if you like seafood! Compared to other BBQ places in the area including Smithfield's, Hursey's wins in my book every time! The pulled pork is the right consistency, the sauce is perfect, and the flavor is very close to the pit-cooked...

Simple menu with chicken and BBQ favorites plus burgers and several other entrees. Sides include slaw, green beans, baked beans, french fries, and potato salad. Broasted chicken is good.
