i brought my pup today an order a ice cream an a pup cup been doing it now for three years he was sitting there waiting an the man said they dont do pup cup we both look at him confused an took it asthey are no longer pet frendly they are under new managment wont be going back there anymore

We love the Smitty's in Burlington but tried Smittys Graham and had a different experience. My husband and I had an in-date coupon for 2 smalls. The employee told us we couldn't use it without the owners permission (owner wasn't there so we were out of luck). There were no prices listed in the store, every table was dirty, and the ambiance just wasn't there :( Paying $13 for 2 smalls (2 scoops ice cream) just doesn't feel right when the aesthetic isn't there. We eat ice cream out for the experience. Would rather get a gallon at the grocery store. Burlington is worth the drive.

I went to get some ice cream a few days ago and the woman who helped me was nice and it was a quick and easy transaction. Plus really good prices, i got a pint for me and a medium ice cream cup for my mom and it was only about $13! That's pretty good.

We have been to Smitty's in Burlington and they have the best ice cream ever, and I know ice cream. We happened to be closer to Smitty's in Graham and we went to that one and the ice cream was no where near as rich and creamy and good as it is in Burlington. I would highly recommend Smitty's in Burlington and they are relatively close together, I would never go to Graham Smitty's again. It has to be totally different recipes.5 stars for Smitty's in Burlington, 2 stars for Smitty's in Graham.
