The young woman with colorful hair who served us was fantastic! She was running the whole place by herself and got our food and drinks out in a timely manner. We are from out of state and this is the best Dunkin I’ve had in a while.

I'm literally at the window now and this is the worst service I've ever had at dunkin. Carlos was rude and has no idea what he's doing. Another lady took over at the speaker who was just as nasty, rushing me to get through the order not letting me finish what I was saying. I will never come back. 10/10 do NOT recommend! Not to mention, my husband ordered a matcha with oat milk because he can't have dairy and they used half milk half oat milk so he can't even drink it. Looking st your other reviews, I suggest corporate step in and make some changes. As a manager of a convenience store for several years, if that were my team, they wouldn't be apart of it anymore!

Ordered a bacon and cheese croissant. It was cold and nasty look like it had been sitting there a while took it back. They didn’t seem to care. They told me to pull up. The guy came out and less than a minute with another one. I was like boy that was fast. I knew then it wasn’t fresh. It was another nasty one. I would not recommend, Dunkin’ Donuts and Grandy, North Carolina

You have to self serve for ordering & staff was in the back goofing off, didn't even know we came in & placed our order. Very rude as well. Then they didn't have a few items we ordered.
