Place is nicely remodeled except the lack of front service. Coffee is good something it isn't always consistent so you never know what you will get.

Absolutely the worst coffee I have had in decades. Burned plastic with dish soap taste. To add to it, the donut (Boston Creme) was 1/2 the size it used to be and was at least a full day or so old. Could not get them to give us a receipt either because of their hosed up system of ordering (not by a human even possible) that was a kiosk that had zero humans in sight. Someone came out from the back about 10 minutes after the order was completed and handed out one part of an order over the following 4 minutes until it was completed. Then acted all impatient when we asked for a receipt and gave the lamest excuse, walked back to the back out of sight and was gone like a vampire at sunrise, never to be seen again. This is the single worst of Dunkin's I've been to, and none have had good coffee in at least 15 years...every time burned plastic tasting like they never clean their urns...or if they do they rinse with soap and forget to rinse again until the soap is gone. Skip this, skip all Dunkin' and just go to the grocery store behind it that has a far better chance to provide a fresh donut far more than this POS place does.

Been going to this dunkin for over two years now and I’ve had enough bad experiences to finally leave a review. The service completely tanked when it was remodeled to remove any staff/customer interaction. Today my husband and I ordered two sandwiches that were made wrong, so when we got home we had to dig the sausage and bacon out of the cheese in the sandwiches and trade. Yummy. He also had to get the attention of the staff behind the partition wall to let them know they forgot to include a coffee and a donut we ordered. And because of the remodel preventing staff from seeing customers, you basically have to shout to get assistance if you need it, all the while you hear the staff talking and giggling around the corner. Today was just another instance of ongoing horrible service. Wish literally any other coffee shop would open up in Grandy.

Way too strong. I ordered a macchiato with sugar, cream, and carmel and it tasted like 4 shots of espresso was added. I went back in to ask for sugar and cream and they apologized for it being too strong and were very kind but even extra cream and sugar could not help it and I threw the entire drink away. There was also another customer who came back in for the same complaint.

Staff is extremely rude . I ordered espresso shots over ice with almond milk which I have been ordering for years . I can hear the staff inside saying they “should just charge me for a latte” and that I’m barely “saving any money so what’s the point” as they were laughing . I’ve lived tight next to this Dunkin’ Donuts for years and I haven’t been in a month or two to this location but it’s all new staff . They are extremely unwelcoming and should realize that all the customers can hear what they are saying . I’m a general manager of a restaurant and there behavior was absolutely atrocious .

I did not get NOTHING! You have to drive thru they said I can't walk in and order.. not fair. I went to convenience store adjacent to them and bought a jar ice coffee.You need to change the Dine In to Drive thru ONLY!!

I have never had so many brain cells fried before coming here. It was physically painful to help these people understand such a simple order. 2 chocolate donuts, one butter pecan iced coffee. Wanna know what we got instead? A hot coffee with ice cubes and a lemon donut. When I tell her that is not my correct order, she then hands me a plain iced coffee and strawberry donut.

The sticker on my cup is always right, but the drink inside almost never is. I rarely stop because I’m probably going to regret it but this AM was it for me. Ordered, pulled around, was told at the window they didn’t actually have my order, changed it, could tell it was wrong when she handed it to me & asked her to correct it but WAS TOLD NO! If o wanted plain black coffee I would’ve made that at work.

Got a couple of donuts via the kiosk order system. They were brought to the counter by an employee. She said nothing. No here ya go. No thank you....absolutely nothing. The donuts were cold as though they had just come out of the fridge. Don't bother.

We went through the drive thru. Ordered a cold brew with sweetener as our first item, but the staff rang it in as with sugar. When we pointed that out while still at the order screen confirming our order, we were told they couldn't change it because they already made it with sugar. They didn't offer to remake the drink, either.
