How is it possible that a person who is a manager—his name is Travis, from the restaurant—can have such an unpleasant attitude and provide such terrible service and be so rude when serving customers? I just bought a family dinner for $65, and it's unacceptable that they treat customers so poorly when all we want to do is buy food. Please do something about this.

I gave Hardees in grandy another chance being a local that has had multiple problems with this location and yes I have reached out to corporate about the issues in the past and just get the run around and no action taken to compensate me for unnecessary inconveniences. This time I ordered at the counter because the drive thru had about 8 vehicles waiting to place orders. After waiting for about 5 minutes the manager took my order 2 piece white chicken biscuit and mashed potatoes and gravy and ice tea . The manager boxed my chicken and biscuit and placed it under the warmer area and walked off . I waited and waited he finally told one of the workers that he had to make mashed potatoes. This took about 10 to 15 minutes during that time I witnessed my food that was in the box on the warmer given out to someone in the drive thru. I'm still waiting so the manager comes to me and says we made a mistake because we were busy and gave out your food would you like a refund or you can wait 20 minutes for us to cook more chicken. I'd already been waiting 20 minutes by this time . I said no I want my food I paid for that you gave away. So I waited 20 minutes for the chicken. Was given no apology from the manager. My food was finally delivered to me by worker that gave me an extra chicken breast for the inconvenience. My order was placed at 5:54 PM I will received my order at 7:15 PM. Hardees of Grandy you suck still . Avoid this location if you want a enjoyable dining experience.

First you give me the wrong side for my meal than you give me spicy sauce that can literally kill me because I’m allergic to it! Worst one in town hands down. Pay attention to your orders and stop making these mistakes

NOTHING LIKE GETTING HOME FROM A LONG DAY AT THE OFFICE AND OPENING UP THE DINNER YOU JUST PICKED UP AND SEE THAT HALF THE ORDER IS MISSING AND THE CHICKEN YOU DID GET IS RAW! DISGUSTED! We have been loyal customers of this Hardee's for years! While they definitely get it right foe breakfast, they surely do the opposite for dinner! Thanks for taking my money and ruining what should have been a quick, easy dinner!
