My Hot Ham & Cheese did not have Cheese on it. My husband's chocolate milk shake came half full. When he asked for it to be filled the lady brought it back full but it was then vanilla, although she insisted that it was chocolate. Having gone through the drive thru, we were quite aways down the road before their mistakes were discovered.

We stopped at Hardee's in Grandy, NC. No one was at the counter to greet us, no one else was eating in the restaurant. Finally an employee came to the register and started taking my order. She then just left the register and someone else took over. My husband added his order. Then we waited and waited. When our order came out, half of it wasn't on the tray. Then they brought out the rest of the order and items we didn't even order. Another customer came in, apparently from the drive through window to check his order which was completely wrong! I had ordered the Frisco burger and fries. The bread was toasted but apparently was so stale that it was brick hard. I had to brake off most of it to make it edible. The fries were dry and cold. As we were leaving another couple walked in. I watched as they stood at the counter and no one was in sight to greet them or take their order. I went back in and told them about our bad experience and they were very grateful. We all walked out and I still didn't see anyone at the counter. Not sure what's going on with this particular Hardee's but something needs to change.....a lot! This was the worst "fast"food experience we've ever had!

The counter person was a bit creepy. Service was fast. I suppose they were ready for the rush of people leaving OBX. Had to ask for coffee behind the counter. Drive through was deep, but moving fast. All in all great job.

Our order was prepared quickly, correctly, & served fresh & hot! The young lady at the counter was friendly, so pleasant, & prompt! And they had the best French fries we've eaten in a long time! All in all, a very positive experience & really good food!
