This McDonald's is a disgrace when it comes to getting your order right. If you have any food allergies, I’d recommend praying for a miracle before stepping foot in here. I ordered a McDouble with no onions—because, guess what, I can't stand the taste or texture of them. It's not complicated. But somehow, this location still managed to ruin my meal. My McDouble came with onions piled on it like they were the main ingredient. Not just on top but I guess they messed up and instead of remaking it, they just flipped the patties, trapping the onions between the meat and the melted cheese like it was some kind of sadistic joke. This place is a complete joke. Do yourself a favor and avoid it at all costs.

This is a typical McDonald's. But one of the things that drove us nuts was the sound of the beeping from their machines. We ordered drinks and worked at this restaurant and may have stayed for supper, but we were going crazy. At least turn the volume down!

Nothing but smart mouthed people for the most part working there. I detest it but it used to be cheap and my grand children like the McNuggets. For the 3rd time in three weeks my order was only half right or I didn’t receive part of the order. I went back and was insulted by the night manager because she seemed to find it amusing that I had to drive 5 miles back to get my food. By then the rest of the food was cold and drink was melted. I paid over 20.00 for what I bought tonight and then I just said I want my money back. She said I’ll give you the 10.66 for nuggets back but you got the rest of your food. I told her because of their screw up the food was cold and tasted like grease. Her answer is still burned in my mind. “I think you’re just blowing this out of proportion!” Jack the Regional manager is good and he cares but most of his staff could give a tinkers damn. I’m DONE WITH MCDONALDS IN GRANDY NC. THREE TIMES IS ENOUGH MISTAKES WITH MY FOOD. I WORK FOR MY MONEY AND I EXPECT DECENT FOOD AND NO ATTITUDE WHEN I ORDER AND PICK UP. WHEN DID IT BECOME SO HARD TO TAKE PRIDE IN WHAT YOU DO?????

Went for breakfast and it was one of the best McDonald's experiences I have ever had. The ordering kiosk actually worked as intended, and the food came out very quickly. Of course the food was the usual McDonald's food, decent but nothing spectacular. But you get fast food for the convenience, and it was very quick and convenient this time around, which is something fast food has been straying away from in recent years.
