Used kiosk / screen to order three cheeseburger and six nuggets. There was only one person there waiting on food when I got there. Ordered at 4:39 p.m. No interaction with any employee. My back was placed on the counter at 4:56. By 4:50, the lobby was so full you couldn't get through. Employees just kept walking in and out through the crowd, never acknowledging any of the customers.
When I exited the restaurant there were five employees hanging out inside the door and on the side of the restaurant.
This is not an employee issue, that's a management issue.
Pack a lunch if you intend to eat here.

Stopped here for a quick bite. The place was extremely busy and the staff handled it beautifully.
Everytime we come here there is always an issue with our order. It's almost always wrong. There's always a line. Always out of sweet tea. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

Came here twice today know my way in amd put of the OBX. Morning was slow and didn't get it right. Second time they were arguing netween employees and waited 7 mins for my food that was on the counter, in the bag, and drinks on the edge of the window. But because they were arguing with the windows open, they ignored us. Got the order wrong on top of our delightfully nightmare visit
