The food was amazing! Very friendly staff. The diner has a 1950 feel to it and it was very nice inside. Highly recommend this place for travelers that just want a good meal as your passing through
The food was authentic and oh so delicious! The owners and the waiting staff were extremely welcoming and friendly - we cannot recommend this place enough!
Parking: There are special parking spaces available behind the Diner for RVs, trailers etc (which is highly appreciated!)

We stopped at Mel’s on the way to the beach for lunch and on the way home for breakfast. The food, service and atmosphere were all wonderful. The owners and staff were so nice. Highly recommend! Will definitely stop again on future trips to the beach!
