We are visiting my brother and we’re from PA, I was hungry for pizza this evening and ordered 2 pizzas and cheesy garlic bread. Everything was excellent and delivered ahead of schedule. When I called to order it was a pleasant friendly experience and the delivery experience was great too. I’ll be sure to order again when we’re in Grandy.

Very pleased with our experience tonight as well as the last three times we’ve ordered from this location!We typically always order TO-GO , and stop on the way home and bring the pizza home to eat. Tonight I ordered while my husband was on the way home.I asked the person in the phone (Mark) to customize an order , and he very politely accommodated my request!When my husband arrived , he was greeted with happy customer services and the pizza was done and ready in the exact time frame that was given to us.The pizza was perfectly cooked as well as the garlic cheese bread!I am very happy with our experience and we will be back soon! :)Thank you Mark for the wonderful service!(Excuse the missing pizza, I have hungry children ? )

I saw the bad reviews and took a chance. Glad I did cause the pizza was amazing. A lot of the bad reviews look like they’re from people who have never worked in food service a day in their life.

1 HR 25 minutes for delivery and I am less than 2 miles away. $20 for an almost warm pizza. Yes, I chose convenience because I am talking care of 2 elderly ladies and one is terminally ill. In the future if I can't pick it up, we won't be having pizza.?

They provided really good service. The lady on the phone took the order, said it would be about an hour. The delivery guy arrived within the hour, was ready to except payment at the door with his card reader. The pizza was hot and delicious.
I order from here all the time. Service has always been excellent. I do delivery and pickup.One time my pizza was a little well done when I received it, so I called and they replaced the pizza.Great customer service. Delicious pizza. Garlic cheese bread is my favorite.Love this place!

Im so disappointed I just spent $50 on un edible food. I took pictures because no one would believe how bad it really was. I ordered a chicken Philly with no onions or tomatoes a meatball sub and a cheese pizza. Well the So called chicken philly that I got was all tomato and onions what I guess was chicken was a black burnt hard piece i picked it up and banged it on the stove was the chicken philly. Yikes The meatball sub was so mushy You couldn't tell it was a meatball sub the pizza was so burnt it was hard to bite into.. I am not even lying it is March 29th 2022 at 6:05 PM and I live right down the road I tipped the delivery driver $20 I will never order from there ever ever again a $50 bill thrown in the toilet and flushed and now I have to cook dinner for my family. Which I should have just done in the 1st place

Grandy doesn't have alot of options and definitely doesn't have delivery other than pizzazz. We like to help and support the smaller businesses so even after bad experiences 2nd and 3rd chances have been given. Well, shame on us! Called, placed order, told 1hr delivery, hour 1/2 later call to check on the delivery status and the order hadn't been completed, I was told it would be another hour, I canceled the order explained that this was not the first time and we wouldn't be ordered from.them again. The response and customer service was not professional.

My family drove 3 hrs to H2OBX, stopping at Pizzaz on our way home, another 3 hrs. The Waterpark was fine, but the pies from Pizzaz made the while trip worthwhile. Thanks again for the awesome pizza.
