Mazatlan Family Mexican Restaurant (Granite Falls)

I take my mom and daughter there all the time, and we love it every time we go. Went again tonight. Great food, great service.

We have eaten here several times and the food is always delicious, no matter what we order. The staff is always friendly and attentive. We usually share because the portions of pretty large. We will continue to visit. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

We started to go to the place beside of them but they were closing. So, we decided to try them again. They did not disappoint. Absolutely delicious! I love the new menu with authentic Mexican dishes. You have to try the quesabirria and Texas Fajitas. Ask for Joe. He was a wonderful server for us.

It is very tasty, the horchata water is delicious, the food too... I recommend it and excellent service🙌🏼👏👏👏 Delicioso ,la comida y agua de horchata servicio y amabilidad…. Recomendados al 💯

Eat here many time but the last wasn't good. Waiter was not good missed up order and never offered to fix it.Not sure if I go back.

Great food! Even better service!!

I had tacos tonight and paid $34, including a tip, for seven tacos. They were bland and lacked seasoning. I could barely even eat them without drenching them in salt, lime, and salsa verde. The atmosphere was great and the service was friendly, but the food was terrible. They used to be so much better. My sister usually eats two
Maybe three tacos tonight she at 1 and it was a struggle

I love this restaurant. Friendly staff and attentive ( but not intrusive) service, great food - what’s not to like! My husband and I come here often! The food is flavorful and heat levels can be adjusted to your liking! Had the Fundido tonite, delicious! Great for families as well!

I’ve ordered take out from here multiple times and have never been disappointed. Tonight I got the chicken ACP with side of queso. The queso was watered down. Rice was mushy and had no seasoning. I end up drowning my food in salsa so I could even taste anything. Won’t be back!

Very great service 👌great to accommodate kids and delicious food! Definitely recommend for everyone to come and enjoy a great family meal with Mazatlan family restaurant in Granite Falls, NC.

There different manager there and don’t recommend being there if he is not there plus he was always nice too people and would always find a way for new customers to come back for more

I stopped in tonight & ordered and paid for a shrimp chimichanga to go. I did look at it before I drove off. It looked like a chimichanga. Unfortunately, when I got home & cut it in half it was not shrimp! It was shredded chicken. I live 20 mins away so I couldn’t take it back. To me it tasted bland & dry. That may be b/c I always get shrimp & it is usually good.
Tonight was very disappointing
