I went this morning to try their breakfast for the first time. I ordered a sausage biscuit. and was given a.gravy biscuit instead. I backed up to get it corrected, and there wasn't an employee to be found...I blew the horn three times, knocked on the window, and then finally cracked the window open and asked if there was anyone working.
