I went by here today, after a LONGGGG day of work, a LONGGGG shopping trip, all i could think about was a regular crispy sandwich, #4 to be exact. i get a spicy chicken sandwich with these onion ring things on a SPICY chicken patty and cheese?. the cheese didn’t bother me but the ONION THINGS AND THE SPICY, was very upset i was crying (dramatic yes) but i resorted to bojangles got some dirty rice, will not be getting my hopes and dreams let down and instead will eat dirty rice.

Sat in the drive thru with only 1 car ahead of me for over 10 mins. Drive thru is set to where you can’t get out of the line if you have a lower vehicle. I watched several cars leave behind me and then when I finally ordered food I went to pay and was told I’d have to pull up and wait some more. I asked how long because we had already been sitting there over 10 mins. Worker got smart mouthed with me and said we are short staffed. Ma’am that’s not my problem and it shouldn’t take 10 mins to take an order and make nuggets when there is only one vehicle ahead. They are very rude employees that need new management

Just came through around 8:40pm 1/19 for a mobile order with a few double stacks... none were doubles... and I was missing a nugget from the biggie bag... damn come on yall, the screen is right there, it's not hard...

You'll RARELY find a friendly face! That's if you don't mind waiting!! You're guaranteed to wait even if you are the only car there for a min of 10 minutes!! If you have a large order GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I live close by and I love Wendys!! But if there are more than 2 cars there I won't stop!!!!!!!!!
I had to holler out to the cook of there was someone to take my order after standing in the order line for a long time. The cook said he didn't know where the cashier was. And when I asked where the cashier was the cook acted like he was afraid to talk to me, as it's not his job to greet customers.
