Sat in the drive thru with only 1 car ahead of me for over 10 mins. Drive thru is set to where you can’t get out of the line if you have a lower vehicle. I watched several cars leave behind me and then when I finally ordered food I went to pay and was told I’d have to pull up and wait some more. Just came through around 8:40pm 1/19 for a mobile order with a few double stacks... none were doubles... and I was missing a nugget from the biggie bag... damn come on yall, the screen is right there, it's not hard...

I had to holler out to the cook of there was someone to take my order after standing in the order line for a long time. The cook said he didn't know where the cashier was. And when I asked where the cashier was the cook acted like he was afraid to talk to me, as it's not his job to greet customers.
