walked in at 8:20, not busy; but door says 9. Told me right away kitchen was closed, was by myself so wouldn’t have took long for a solo order. Worked a long day and just got off, figured I’d try somewhere new. Not a good first impression.

My family and I went to Mottzarellas for dinner tonight. We have never dined in, only had takeout. I have a 3-year-old mildly autistic child who vocally stims and engages in aggressive behavior from time to time. I reached out to Mottzarellas on their Facebook page to ask if they are autism-friendly, and they replied swiftly, saying yes, and even offered to accommodate her needs. I’m blown away, as no other business has ever offered to accommodate her needs. Customer service is 100% amazing, and the food has never disappointed us. My daughter doesn’t care for chicken tenders, but she loved their breaded and seasoned tenders and fries kids meal. If anyone has neurodivergent children, this is a great place for you to bring your kids to eat. They were attentive, accommodative, and understanding. As an autism mom, I give this business a double thumbs up, 10/10. Thank you for caring about families with children on the spectrum; there are not many restaurants out there.

I’m not usually the one to make a review on a place but this one hasn’t sat right with me. I went in there almost a week ago with my boyfriend and son. We ordered the buffalo chicken ranch fries, boneless wings, a salad and a drink my boyfriend and I waited 15 minutes on our food, which is Normal no Complaints there my complaint comes in when my Boyfriend, son and I were eating our fries and I went to go give my son some more fries and I seen a beard hair in my fries prior to that I seen a man come from the back of the restaurant with a long beard and nothing covering it. I proceeded to walk up front To let a worker know there was a hair in my food. The worker Wasn’t very friendly compared to the first lady I spoke with. I told her there was a hair in my food. She then proceeded to just walk away and tell me she was gonna get me a new fries. I told her I did not want any new fries we kind of stared at each other for a minute And instead of her offering me something different she walks to the back. No one apologized for the hair being in my food, which was disgusting and I had to go back upfront to ask if I could exchange for something else and proceeded to then again get Attitude. I’ve been here once before when they first opened it, and I really enjoyed it and I wish Have been better so I wanted to come back
Great food. Excellent service provide was ask several times was everything okay. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Owners very nice took the time to speak with us as well as watched a football game in between customers.

Finally got around to trying this place. So glad we did! The BBQ chicken pizza has quickly become a favorite of ours, and the mozzarella sticks are amazing! The staff is very friendly and polite. Definitely going to keep coming back.
