Had time to kill needed to eat lunch the only Resturant in this wing of American Airlines . Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with bacon lettuce tom on sour dough bread. Decent size sandwich with homemade potato chips . The sandwich was ok too much butter when they grilled it and the chips tasted greasy . Need to change the oil in the fryer or use a better oil. The best part was the Cherry coke made old fashion style Best waitress very friendly her name was Tena .

I ordered a drink at the bar and it was really good. But it took a while to order my wings and I was starting to panic because I have a plane to catch. The wings came out quickly and they were amazing! Crispy and perfectly sauced with the sweet Thai chili. It came with the saddest 3 pieces of old white celery but I ate them up anyway.

This is quite possibly the worst excuse for a restaurant I have ever experienced in an American airport. The service is rude; the food takes forever; and when it comes, you'll wish you just settled for a bag of chips. Oh, and by the way, it's quite overpriced. Unfortunately, it has no competition. PTI can give up dreams of becoming a bigger airport until they provide some decent airport amenities and redo this place.

Ordered a Bloody Mary and it was great. Wife ordered a burger and said it was good. It ended there unfortunately. The Chips with the burger was burnt, didn't come with ranch and not offered. I ordered Wings and they were of the same quality and preparedness of wings in the frozen aisle of the grocery store. Served with sour cream instead of blue cheese of which I requested a substitute for the ranch.Worse is she didn't place my order at all and said she would make it right and didn't for which my order waited another 15 minutes while my wife ate her food. Two alcohol drinks, burger, chips and 9 tiny practically meatless flavorless $19 wings for a grand total of $70. Yuck! Waitress was constantly irritable and we witnessed her foul up the guys drink next to us. Don't know if it was a bad day for her but I did compliment her on my drink. I will get a green tea frap from the only other establishment there that serves food or drink next time.

Small airport. I’ve never seen it busy. There is a Starbucks and a bar open early in the Gate 20-32 side.

Opened at 5:30 AM - they had no coffee so had to go to Starbucks then come back. The lady that took my order was very nice, but the cook was surly and rude. I realize that it is early but no need to take it out on the customer. She literally argued with me about what I ordered. In an airport things are more expensive and choices are limited, but getting a plate of food with cold eggs, delayed hash browns for $15 is ridiculous.

Wasn’t expecting much because of the reviews but our server was on it! Really good service and the burgers and fries were bomb. Chicken Caesar salad good too!

Our server was great. The burger and fries were good. The fries seemed to be freshly cut. Chips were done much more than I like. It was like they were forgotten. I requested blue cheese dressing to dip the chips in. It wasn’t the best blue cheese dressing I’ve had but it was far from the worst. Menu prices were inline with other places located outside the airport. The cocktails were about $18 each.

Should have read reviews, ordered my food and never got it. Took over an hour and had to leave. Only three others in the place. Terrible
