Very hit or miss
When I first came to A&T and I heard about this place, I had my hopes up for (at least) some good chicken wings. Nope. Not even close. You can get the same chicken wings from the grocery store and heat it up in the microwave. Actually, I don't think they even cook any of the food, it's just heated up in the microwave. Huge letdown. And worst of all, it costs so much for this dogfood.I wasn't joking when I said you can get the chicken wings from the grocery store. I know and have bought Tyson's chicken wings from the store. I know the difference between real fresh chicken vs microwaved frozen chicken. Aside from the chicken, yes, everything that is sold here can be bought from your neighborhood Walmart.My advice - save your money and go to the store. If you really want to spend your money, there is Chick-fil-A that's about 30 footsteps away that's cheaper and at least takes better.
The wings are very good here. My order came out in a timely fashion even though it was busy. Overall good experience.
First of all the customer service is horrible! People act like they don’t want to help you. This was my first time going here. I hope this is the right location (near the bookstore on campus). Continuing on….. I decided on a chicken salad which was supposed to come with celery, carrots, and crackers. None of this was in the box or bag. I went back to inquire after opening my box and the person indicated that they simply don’t have those items. That’s false advertisement! The chicken salad was sweet tasting and was just a scoop. Basically, I had a bed of lettuce. It wasn’t enough cucumber or tomatoes to stretch out the salad. How can someone mess up a salad? I should have ordered mozzarella sticks or the wings but I didn’t have enough time between classes. I teach here and am highly upset with what I received. I’m upset also because I had to ask about salad salad dressing. There was no diet drink or it was out of order. I feel a refund is due but how would the manager act? The other person who ordered something on my ticket perhaps liked their food. I know they asked for a 15 piece chicken wing order and the rep told them that they don’t have that size. Can someone update your menu board? Terrible! My ticket number is 3645 and the time was 12:29pm . The date is 09-13-21. I wish people would take pride in their work. I’m still starving and paid $7.30 plus .59 cents for salad dressing and of course tax. Now I have to make an unnecessary purchase from the vending machine in my building.

When I ate there last night the wings were great. The wait time was fast, and the price was good for the amount of food I bought. Good food and good service. A must recommend for any Aggie.

I tried to order some apparel online and it was a complete disaster. I placed the order on 10/31. By 11/6, my order had not even been processed. I called the store and spoke to the young woman who fulfills orders. She said she would fulfill my order that night if it was in stock. Otherwise, she would cancel it. Fast forward to Friday 11/9 and there was still no update. I called the store 3 times before I finally got to someone. And she informed me that nothing had been done with my order. I had her cancel my order. This is unacceptable for several reasons. And I KNOW financially neither NCAT nor Barnes & Noble are in a position to not fulfill orders. There is no way it should take that long to fulfill an order even if it was slightly before homecoming. And if orders are delayed, it should be noted on the website. And the website says, "Please Note: Orders placed after 2pm will not be shipped until the following business day." If management reads this, do not contact me. Just do better for others.
Cynthia Beasley saved my entire life and Homecoming experience. She's a wonderful addition to the bookstore and she went above and beyond to make my GHOE fantastic. The suggested items that she sent to me were Dope. Even handled a refund for me today. I could be no happier and thanks A&T bookstore.
