The food was absolutely delicious! The shrimp ceviche was authentic and just the right amount of spice. The lomo saltado was tender, and the snapper a lo macho, was whole fish cooked to perfection. I also had a cosmokiss which was to die for! Definitely recommend...hadn't had this authentic Peruvian food since we lived in South Florida

I went there twice to this place. The first time the anticucho and the pollo a la brasa were good, great flavor. But the second time I asked again half chicken to take out (pollo a la brasa) but unfortunately it was super salty at point that I couldn’t keep eating, and I didn’t finish it. The Service was good but Please don’t make the Food too salty since it is not healthy at all.

I’ll start by saying the food tasted good — but that’s the only positive thing I can say. The service was absolutely awful. We came as a big group, and two people got their meals early, ate, and even paid while the rest of us were still sitting there, waiting and wondering if they forgot about us. It felt completely disorganized and careless.

When my order finally came, I was genuinely insulted. I asked for the arepa de steak, but what they brought out were three sad little tortillas with three tiny cubes of steak on each — barely a sprinkle of onions and cilantro. It looked nothing like the menu photo. When I told the waiter, he brushed me off and said, “Photos can be deceiving.” That attitude alone ruined the night.

The place looks beautiful, and I had actually planned to come back and bring my significant other, but after that kind of service and dismissive treatment, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They clearly don’t care about their customers — and that’s a shame, because good flavor means nothing when the experience leaves such a bad taste.

AJI Fusion Peruvian: A new local treasure| This local minority-owned restaurant has great food, a relaxing ambience, and the owner Jonathan is very personable. The setting is perfect for multiple occasions and the artwork gives a true authentic Peruvian dining experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Aji Fusion. It was one of the best culinary experiences I have had in a long time! The menu is a creative masterpiece, seamlessly blending traditional flavors with innovative twists. Every dish we tried was delicious and bursting with flavor! The staff was attentive and knowledgeable and ensured every detail of the experience was flawless. Whether you are a food enthusiast or just looking for a good and memorable meal, this place delivers on every front. I highly recommend it!

We have bought food from this place twice and I really didn't like it very much. Today we ordered ceviche and grilled chicken and the whole meal was super salty. The chicken was inedible because it was so salty. I was really disappointed. I thought the chicken was going to be delicious.

Probably this weekend bc I cannot stop thinking about how great it was. This made it back in the group chat bc a Queen loves to eat! Happy GHOE 💙💛

I wanted some Peruvian food today. I'm so glad I found this gem! It didn't disappoint. It superseded with the delicious Peruvian flavors I had a taste for! I got the 1/4 charcoal chicken with 2 sides, plaintains & house salad, rice, beans, & veggies. I didn't even need sauce. The flavors had my tastebuds dancing in great delight!

My waiter, Josue, was such a big help to me in helping me decide what to order. He's genuinely nice & provided awesome customer service!

The atmosphere is nice too, & so are the prices! To think, I almost missed out on this gem, because I was going to go to Viva Chicken. I'm so glad I didn't go there.

If you're looking for flavorful, delicious food with a great atmosphere & service, then this gem is it! This is a genuine review, not a paid one.

Very fast, friendly, and attentive service and the food was absolutely delicious! The lomo saltado is every bit as good as what my husband and I had in Peru, with super tender and flavorful steak. I subbed the house salad and black beans for the usual sides of French fries and rice, while my husband ordered his in the traditional style. All the sides were very good, and the hostess brought us some jalapeño cilantro dipping sauce that was amazing. We’ve tried one other Peruvian restaurant in Greensboro, and this one is definitely our favorite!
