I went with my husband for dinner and we really liked the place and the food. He ordered a chaufa rice and I ordered a Jelly. We liked the jelly more, it was very good. Stefan served us, he was super friendly and attentive. I recommend them

Aji Fusion delivers an intriguing mix of Peruvian and Latin American flavors with an inviting atmosphere that feels both trendy and family-friendly. During my recent dining experience, I had the 1/2 Peruvian charcoal chicken, and it was a standout—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. This dish comes with your choice of sides, which complemented the chicken beautifully, making for a well-rounded and satisfying meal.

What really made my visit special was the warmth of the ambiance and the thoughtfulness in the food’s presentation. Aji Fusion feels like more than just a meal—it’s an experience worth savoring and sharing. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of their creative menu!

AJI Fusion in Greensboro, NC, is an absolute gem! The fusion of Peruvian flavors with a modern twist is truly exceptional. The ceviche is fresh and vibrant, bursting with authentic taste, and the lomo saltado is perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The presentation of each dish is stunning, and the staff is warm, knowledgeable, and attentive, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re new to Peruvian cuisine or a long-time fan, AJI Fusion delivers an unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommended!

I am Peruvian and this is the place that makes Peruvian food look bad. Their dishes are food defects; Sweet plantains are delivered raw, the seafood anticucho was all burnt, the seafood ceviche only had bits of fish and 2 or 3 ridiculous bits of shrimp. A complete scam for my money. We still gave 35% to the waiter because his attitude was good but he didn't understand the orders apart from an hour wait for each dish. DISASTER.

Great first time! Tried this new Peruvian Restaurant in town today with my mom!

Picture 1: Toasted corn and green salsa – different but really good.

Picture 2: Chicha Morada – a typical Peruvian drink made from purple corn, fruits, and spices. Very refreshing.

Picture 3: Yuca a la Huancaina – absolutely delicious! It tasted like cassava cheese sticks, super yummy.

Picture 4: Lomo Saltado with white rice and fries – marinated beef with onions and tomatoes. It's a Chinese-Peruvian hybrid cuisine. It was okay.

Picture 5: Bistek a Lo Macho with Tacu Tacu – our first time trying this dish. Mom’s steak was perfectly cooked and flavorful. Tacu Tacu, which is made of leftover rice and beans formed into a paste and then fried, was definitely different from what we normally have.

We're excited to return and explore more dishes. It's fantastic to see our city embracing diverse cultures and cuisines.

Aji is a new restaurant in town, which, after our first visit, has become our favorite for central American food. The menu is well-though of and the flavors are the closes you can get to authentic Peruvian food. The host stuff are amazing, friendly, and very polite. The space is big and very cosy. We strongly recommend it! If you are reading this review, give them your business and you will not regret it.

Me and mi amor, went there for my birthday dinner. Loved the design of the interior, firstly. It has a giant sky light and see-through garage doors, to let it natural light or open on a nice day! Hostess was polite and quick with our requests. But what topped it off, was the food. Everything was good for me and my lady. Even surprised me with a Happy Birthday plate and dessert!

A spectacular lomo saltado! The potatoes are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the meat in the perfect kitchen.
A spectacular lomo saltado! The fries were toasty outside and soft inside, just perfect. The steak was exquisitely cooked. Will be back!
