Walked in at 8:40pm. Nobody told me the store closes 30 minutes early just to clean up. Stood there for 5 minutes nobody told me they was closed. The guy I’m guessing the owner starts screaming we closed. we closed. I said why didn’t you tell me that when I came in? They hours online says the store doesn’t close until 11pm on Fridays. Rude service. If they don’t like us why come to our neighborhoods…
Disgusting undone food. General Manager William should be fired, how did he even become a GM because his customer service is bottom tier. Health department should really shut them down. The worst chicken I’ve ever had came from here. Do not eat here if you’re not ready to waste money or you want to get sick from undone food.
They made a simple mistake on a sandwich and when confronted about it, went off and called me screwed up and f’d up. It was a simple mistake and I just wanted my sandwich. Should have been an easy fix.
