Food is great but no one picks up the phone when placing a pick up order

We did go in the middle of the day so there were very few customers. It was our first time trying American Deli and we were not sure what to expect. We split a Reuben Sandwich and my my my! This was not your typical Reuben but I can dig it! The rye bread was buttered and Toasted. Instead of Russian, they used Mayonnaise. The Sandwich was not the classic way of making it but DAMN! It was delicious! With the inflation taking over all industries, paying $8 for a Sandwich is becoming all too common but, the Sandwich was very tasty. The Reuben sandwich is my all time favorite and this little spin off was just right in its own weird way. I asked another customer what they prefer on my way out and they replied that the wings are spectacular. (Wings are another one of the meals of which I'm a conessiuer .) We'll have to try them next. The 3 🌟 for atmosphere is due to waiting 12 minutes in an empty restaurant for 1 Sandwich.

This may be a certain time not to go, but I went around noon and the service was horrible. I even looked around to see if I was being pranked. I ordered the beef Philly Cheesesteak with fries and 5 Buffalo wings. The wings were okay but they were really small or smaller than I'm used to. The fries were just really bland and overcooked. The Philly was just sad. They dripped a little bit of meat, cheese, peppers, and onions on a 6" roll. It was mostly bread. The bathroom wasn't clean. I didn't even care to let them know how bad the food was. I just won't be coming back to this American Deli.

I ordered 40 wings 4 different flavors and they put them all together. Sauce all in the bag. I ordered 2 extra sauces and out of the 40 they only gave me 3 sauces. I even called and no one will pick up. I live 30 minutes away and ordered it for a gift and this was terrible.

I’ve been going to this location since 2020 and the cooks automatically make sure my wings are extra wet and crispy. I never ever have to ask for extra sauce on my wings nor as for them to be extra crispy because they always make it right every single time I’ve came. The workers don’t really speak when you come in but idc cause I don’t like to talk either ?.

This place just gave me "we're going to be robbed" vibe. The burger was great. The fries were OK. The service was marginal because after I picked up my food, nobody ever said anything else to me.
