Their cook has the absolute worst attitude . I was very polite when I returned with my food and asked if they could ADD cheese to my Philly Cheesesteak . Yes a cheessseeesteak. However, when the cook got an attitude with me and snatched my plate, I remained calm and watched him, take my sandwich and place it on the grill and throw cheese on top of the sandwich . I asked him if they normally throw cheese on top of the sandwich? He lied and said "yes", all while I am watching the other cook, mix the cheese in someone else's cheesesteak. He gets frustrated and tells me to never come back and gets mad because I asked for a refund. His behavior was absolutely uncalled. My family eats here quite often and he is destroying their great reputation.

My rating of the atmosphere is not bad that means to me not many people are in there sitting down eatting but there is a lot to-go -door-dash orders. So the in and out traffic is great for that place. Tried just about everything on the menu and cheesesteak would be my favorite on the menu not a big fan of the wings but I would get from time to time.

**First Impression****First time ordering American Deli EVER**I ordered cheese fries and got 2 slices of cheese instead of shredded cheese on the fries.Also ordered the chef salad asking for no tomatoes and extra cucumber and got no cucumbers just lettuce and peppers.It was just a bummer because I was almost hangry.I wont chance that in particular location again.

the garlic parmesan wings had no parmesan the sauce had a bad taste to it and the ranch was nasty. The fried rice was not good had a weird taste as well! The chicken in the fried rice was the only thing worth eating but after the smells and taste of everything else I could not eat! Worst $20 i ever spent!!!
