Applebee's Grill + Bar

Drinks, particularly the martinis, are watered down to no end. I had to question whether or not there was vodka in the first. The martini glass came half full. The Golden Goose martini was filled with mango puree and absolutely disgusting...again, I couldn't taste the liquor due to the overpowering taste of puree. Doesn't look like the picture & I sent that back. However, I was greeted as soon as I sat at the bar, and the food was out promptly.

No wait to be seated. Service wait was good, but could have been a bit faster, as the place was not full. Our server Jessica C was great, although she forgot about my wife's honey mustard, which she apologized for, she made my son a Baja Blast drink, not available, but she went the extra mile to make my son happy. The burgers and fries were great, and the appetizers were good. My steak was cooked as I wanted, but a bit chewy, still had good flavor. The shrimp were a bit overcooked for my taste and the mashed taters were bland. The boneless wings appeared to have been cooked hours earlier, reheated and served, as they were hard and chewy. We are not Applebee's people, but chose this location as we were close and hungry. Would we come back? Probably yes. Price wise, for a family of four, four entrees, four drinks and two appetizers, $110.00... not bad.

I haven’t been an Applebees customer since the late 90’s. Applebees used to be like a nightclub for us in Charlotte.
My sister came to visit from NY and was super excited about the Applebees on the corner, I reluctantly agreed and was TOTALLY IMPRESSED with the food and the service. I couldn’t remember why I stopped going there.

Haven't ate here in years do to the service and food, this was our last option of the evening beings everywhere else had 30-70 min wait!! We was told 5 min wait and probably waited 10!! The service was great ( wish I could remember our waitress name) and the food was excellent (really ain't alot for the money) but that's everywhere now days, but it was fresh hot and just what I was hoping for!! One thing the manager seemed like she had a attitude and it was very noticeable, something happen in the kitchen heard yelling (the whole restaurant got quit) and I assume it was the manager, yelling at her staff and tl me that's not how you manage people

We had a good time here. Great atmosphere. We didn't have to wait long. Clean environment. Wish I had gotten the waitress name but she is a beautiful(African American Women) who worked on 2/9/25 Saturday night. Her service was "Excellent!" Genuinely kind. I wish we could have paid her a $200 tip for her service. The food was delicious 😋 as well. Great atmosphere!!!

The food is great and the menu has good variety. The restaurant is family friendly and the location is very convenient. There is ample space for parking and I never had to wait to be seated.

The food was good. Service was sub-par as expected at Applebee's, thus my reason for "not" going back in years. Now, as a senior citizen, I'll not waste my time taking my wife of 50 years ever again. Good luck in maintaining your business model because it's broken.

Absolutely fabulous as usual. Our service was perfect as Chase takes excellent 👍 care of all of his patrons. Thank you Chase for all you do for everyone you meet.

Wifey and I went there today. The food was very good, My wife had the bbq riblets and i had the chipotle chicken wrap and we both enjoyed it. Both were very good. And Makala was our server, She was nice and did a great job. We are very happy with everything about our meal. Will be back.
