I have eaten here many times before, but yesterday everything was spot on. The first thing that grabbed my attention was a sign on the door of whom to contact with concerns etc. I thought this was excellent. Next, there was an immediate greeting from the front staff while entering. My significant other and I were seated immediately. I'm impressed because the waitress (India) established a rapport by giving her name. Most servers just ask "What will you have to drink?" India gave suggestions and recommendations as to what to order. She was very knowledgeable about the menu. She also mentioned specials prior to us ordering. The food came out fast and everything was delicious. No complaints. Kudos to the entire staff especially India. I will return because of her hospitality. She should be recognized in front of her peers. Pictures to be uploaded soon. I forgot of all things to take a picture of the nice portion salad which was delicious. Great job! ⭐Dietary restrictions: I saw items or icons on the menu for gluten free I believe.

Brianca was an amazing server today! We had 11 in our party and she treated us all efficiently and accurately! Knowing she had several other tables to take care of but the way we felt that we were the only table that she had to serve. The food was spot on from the appetizers all the way to the main entrees! We will definitely return and request Brianca again and again!?❤️
Applebee's had an unusual large crowd on 2.24.24, around 6pm.However the staff and manger handle it very well.The food was wonderful.Hat's off to the staff and management!
Walk in and was told it would be a 10-15 minute wait. That was fine, we waited. Then 10 minutes later the manager looking lady walks up and asks for our name of the party, we weren't asked our name just how many, and I stated that. She said well its going to be about a 30-40minute wait. As if we weren't just standing there for over 10 minutes waiting already. She was rude about it stating that people on the "skip the line", or whatever the app thing is call, have 1st priority. The original host that was standing next to her had told us we had 2 parties infront of us that's why it was 10-15 minutes. Now 30-40 minutes because more people skipped the line while we were standing there!?Needless to say I won't go back to that establishment EVER again.Food kinda sucked the last time we ate there anyways. The boneless wings seemed to of been fried multiple times.Our waitress that time was great though.Do better with your wait times Applebee's! At least be upfront with wait times for those that don't live for apps and using their phones for EVERYTHING in life!

We had a lovely waitress she was so sweet and the food for Applebee's is usually great, Tomato Soup is great and was not presented as clean as before the appetizer tray was good just the dip top had been over broiled and they tried to mix the dip so you could not see it it would have been nice if they gave you some wipes for the boneless chicken wings. I'll go here again It was just a bad day I usually give a restaurant 3 times before I stop going.
