Me and my brother went out with our niece for my brother's birthday. From the moment we walked into the restaurant the server Lekela didn't even want to seat us, immediately wanted to sit us at the bar, when I requested to be in a booth she rolled her eyes and said I've already sat people in my section. When she finally came to take out order after leaving us for about 15 minutes she seems to not want to be bothered. My brother and myself watched Lekela be more attractive to her tables while we had to keep waiting. Once we got food my niece found a long hair in her food she came by took the plate to be are made and said she would. Inform the Manager and send her over well that never happened. I'm Highly disappointed in the service and the experience that I had there and will probably not be returning there. These issues definitely need to be addressed l!!!

Every time I come here it’s an issue. I wasn’t greeted by a server for almost 15 minutes. And all I ordered was sweet tea and I have been sitting here almost another 10 minutes with no drink. The servers here do not care and idk how this Applebees is still open at this point I only came here because it’s late and they are open til 12 other than that I rarely come here

I’m literally not impressed if I write a bad review. I rarely write reviews. I visited this particular location last night 11/10/2025. I ordered To-Go/Carside. Before arriving they told me that my order would be ready at approximately 7:01.

When I arrived it was 7:04. I waited until 7:15 to go in and pick up the order. As soon as I walked in a young lady asked me if I had a To-Go order. I said yes.

When I arrived home, what I had didn’t match what was on my receipt. I ordered the Blackened SHRIMP, and Andouille Sausage Penne, NOT the CHICKEN Andouille Sausage Penne.

I called to see if they could possibly fix the mistake. One of the waitresses put me on hold, after telling me that she was going to get her manager. No manager ever came to the phone. I called back a SECOND time, someone picked up the phone, and hung up on me. I called a THIRD time, someone picked up the phone again, and hung up on me. Completely unprofessional.

So here I am in the reviews! 🤭🤗 Not to mention, my meal was $43, and I was able to give a 20% ($8) tip even though I ordered carside, and had to exit the car to go in and grab my order. 🙃 & people wonder why people don’t tip.

Terrible customer service, rude and unacceptable. Not a good experience.

I’m literally just leaving. The service was terrible . The only server that was attentive, quick, and hospitable was Adrianna. If you don’t have her, you may be doomed. The rest of the servers were slack with offputting attitudes.

FOOD, SERVICE, & ATMOSPHERE deserve 5 stars‼️ Thanks to the young man who served our table as well as the Manager. I will be dining here again. Steak & Shrimp Parmesan was 🔥 And the garlicky green beans did NOT disappoint!

My first review about Applebee's was horrible. Since then, Corporate has been in touch me and the Manager. We were asked to return to see the changes that were made. Well it was on point this time. Thank you managers Doug Evans and Tracey Goins, we truly enjoyed ourselves. Oh and of course Bar lady Ms. Alexas drinks were excellent, her attention to customers were all great. Thank you all for a great evening

Crazy Comic-Verse

If you pay cash make sure it's down to the cent because they never have change, and my party and me saw two fully grown roaches on the wall
Crazy that now the owner wants to send a link instead going to his restaurant and clean it, my girlfriend was crying and upset and we still had to pay full price, and after seeing the second one the waitress told us this happened earlier that day, either clean your restaurant or shut down
