Sat for 20 minutes before leaving. No one asked if we wanted anything to drink or eat. I only left because one waitress took a man's order who arrived 10 minutes after we did.

Wanted to try this place for the first time, left because no one acknowledged me nor my family. The hostess knew we were there yet she didn’t even bother to say a word. More people walked in and they also left. Never coming back!!

My husband Mikal Sanders went here yesterday to get two bacon cheeseburger meals with fries and drinks. It took them about 5 minutes before they even talked to him and then finally when he got the pick up order he had walked half way out of the parking lot before deciding to check food and it was completely the wrong food. It had the right ticket stapled on the bag but wrong food. He went back and they took the food and it said they would remake the food and give him a refund. They said it would take 10 minutes but actually took around 20 and they never initiated the refund. When we finally got the food, the fries were stale and was only 2 packs of mayo and ketchup. Wtf. The sweet tea was unsweetened. Will not go back to this place except to see where the hello our refund is.

I'm only giving 3 stars for the lady who sat me and my husband she had curly hair and was a burst of fresh and after her my waiter a tall skinny guy. I saw him come from the back with food for the other side of the restaurant the lady who sat us was sitting over on the side also eating she asked him something and I don't know what she asked but you can tell by the way he moved his head and rolled his eyes that there was going to be a problem even though I don't know what she said to him you can just tell by his movement. So he drops the food off and on his way back into the back he looked over at us and turned his head and went back to the back then after about a few minutes he walked out of the other side of the back came up the few stairs and walked right by us to the booth behind us and proceeded to ask what they wanted to drink instead of finding out which one of us was here first I was extremely upset about that so when I made a complaint the first thing he did was blamed the lady with the curly hair who sat us down saying that he sorry about that but she didn't tell him that we were sitting here when he looked at us before he went to the table on the other side with there food!!!!! To be honest I think that made me uncomfortable and upset because he really tried to downplay and throw the lady with the curly hair under the bus and she was so nice and knows how to greet customers extremely well so I couldn't understand why he do that so me and my husband got up and left!!! And as we were leaving the lady with the curly hair apologized for him after he gave her attitude and after he blamed her for him not doing his job!!! I will never ever ever go back if I do it will be Togo and hopefully I'm greeted by the same lady every time because if not I will be walking right back out the door!!!! It's too much attitude in there I would recommend ordering Togo and hopefully have a wonderful greeting like me and my husband was greeted!!!! Do better Applebee's or get rid of them kids you have walking around in there with attitudes 😡😡😡

Food was raw , took 15 more minutes to get another it came out burnt , waitress was rude, keep playing on her phone, took 40 minutes to get drink refill, 25 minutes to get a table .

Worst dining experience we have ever had! We went to celebrate our grandsons first birthday….Took an hour for kids food to come out. It was like warm at best. Took 20 minutes after that for the first adult entrees to come out…. And mine took 20 minutes after that. 1 plate was wrong. My steak came out burnt (it was the last plate to come out) potatoes were cold broccoli was cold…. Steak was so tough I couldn’t cut it, when I finally did get it cut there was a thick slab of fat in the middle of it. Over 2 hours later we finally left… pretty bad when you go out to eat and leave to hit up a fast food restaurant to actually get edible food! Do better Applebee’s. Only positive was they did end up taking the steak and the wrong pasta dish off the bill… but only after offering a coupon for our next visit and free dessert that we refused. Your kitchen couldn’t get their stuff together for this meal…. There won’t be a 2nd visit!!!

When we walked in the door the lady at the bar finally greeted us and then finally someone came to seat us. We had water and it took forever to get it. We had been there 25 minutes before the water was served (that should have told me to leave). When we got our plates we had to ask a waitress walking by to send our waitress out because we didn’t have silverware. She went and got it for us herself! Well, then my knife was dirty so my husband gave me his.
I had to ask for my fries and my husband had to ask for his slaw.
My ribs were burned so black that they were hard. I thought the ribs didn’t have any meat on them but it was because they were turned into charcoal. They put hot bbq sauce on them so I wouldn’t notice. I told the waitress that they were so hot I couldn’t eat them (this was before I realized how burned they were) and all she said was oh I’m sorry. Why didn’t she get the manager? This was a really bad experience and we won’t be back.
I heard another man behind us also complaining. When we got ready to leave I said to him “we won’t be back” and he said so your food was horrible too? He told us that his waitress told them that the manager was the one cooking. And there were very few people in the restaurant so no excuse!

A group of friends and myself visited last night (11/20/24) after we got done with Bible Study. We arrived to the restaurant at 11pm (they close at midnight). Our intentions were not to be there past midnight because we wanted to respect the time. We figured because it was only 5 people in the restaurant at the time it should be a smooth transition.
If I could give 0 stars I would. From the moment our party walked in we weren’t greeted and it took a while before someone even came to acknowledge us. After waiting for sometime a lady playing music from her phone came and sat us. She came back after 5 minutes and we told her we needed a little more time (like 2-3 minutes). She didn’t come back to the table until 30 minutes later (there’s only 2 other people in the restaurant by this time because folks are beginning to leave)
When she came back to the table, she then began rushing us to give her our orders and made sure that we knew we shouldn’t have come to dine in. Her exact words were “y’all knew better” “if it was me I wouldn’t have come in”. I didn’t appreciate the comments or the fact “Set it Off by Boosie (the explicit version)” was playing from her back pocket out of her phone speakers.
After receiving our food, she began speaking with her coworkers about our party and how she needed a break. If you’re going to negatively talk about someone on the job (which is extremely unprofessional) at least be discreet about it.
Overall I give the service -10/0, the food was decent though.

Love the jukebox. Not much on the menu for vegetarians though. Visited on veterans day. The selections they offered us could have included one vegetarian meal. Waiter was a little discombobulated but it was busy, so Ill give her the benefit of a doubt. Overall, I'd recommend it for meat eaters definitely

I want to give special thanks to our friendly waitress Michelle. She was not the least bit distracted by the huge crowd tonight serving the veterans. She took our 4 orders without writing them down but got every detail correct in timely manner. She checked on us and all the tables around us frequently. She has been with Applebee's for over 20 years. Rewards earned!

Took my mom after her dr visit friday Nov 1 at 3:00 , and it was Awful, all we ordered were oriental salads, first off they made them wrong, I sent it back, talked to manager, and she still brought it out wrong, I get the salad all the time, and I know how it's supposed to look and taste, super dissatisfied, this location is always bad to me, I'm done and will be contacting corporate!!! We spend our money at these restaurants and we expect good service and fresh food, period
