Waitress at Wendover location was HORRIBLE..rude for no reason..asked for Patron..she says we have no Patron..Manager came over and said yes we have Patron..little girl find you another job bc customer service evidently is NOT the job for you.

Just left after waiting for 10 minutes to get a table. Then the person going to seat us laughed as we walked out. 90% of the people in there were black and I was not. Wondering if that’s why I didn’t get service and got laughed at by the hostess.

They warned us (party of two) at the door that they were understaffed, so we would just eat at the bar. We just wanted a steak and mashed potatoes with broccoli. I know full well that the mash and broccoli are simply blasted in the microwave. After 45 minutes of waiting, we paid for our drinks and left.

I've never seen anything like this in an establishment before. The waitress cursed the cook out about not cutting the sandwich in half like the customers asked. The manager was helping us at the bar and shook her head and ignored it. Another manager came in and got Into it with the waitress. It was early afternoon so there was no more than 10 ppl I'm the restaurant so we all heard everything. Very unprofessional. The manager that served us at the bar went somewhere and never came back. We had to ask a random employee is anyone going to continue to serve us at the bar so he apologized and got a whole other employee to help. She was great and we tipped her well. This location is not it!

I got there at about 10:30 p.m. and I had plenty of tables available. I placed my order and received my tea and waited for the food. I ordered the blackened salmon with the garlic mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. A bit later my order was delivered but I had no utensils and no napkins. That is like torture to have food in front of me with nothing to eat it with LOL. Will the service was actually very good in friendly other than that little mishap. And the food was absolutely delicious. Please give my review a thumbs up if it helps you.

I used curbside pick up, but I always have to go in at this location. Pick up time was 9:20pm and I received cold food at 10:21 pm. I did receive a free drink but I'd rather not wait an hour for an online order.

If I could leave a 1 star review I would. The manager with the purple hair left me on hold for more than 15 minutes and did not pick the phone back up until I walked into the establishment. She stated that she was too busy to get back to me because of people in the restaurant. I placed an order online for a delivery order and the delivery was not completed. The manager told me prior to putting me on hold that the order had been sent out via a third party delivery service and when I asked what delivery service she left me on hold. When I got to the restaurant the manager stared at me as if I had an extra head because I asked her what was going to be done about the fact that I never received my food via delivery. She told me again that it was sent out via a third party and that they were the ones I paid. Once I stated that I ordered directly from their website for the third time she walked away and returned with a refund slip. Never offered to remake the food for me, didn't ask me what type of resolution I wanted. I am extremely disappointed and will not be back ever.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!! No cars in the parking lot, should have been out first clue. The restaurant was filthy with dead gnats, etc., in light fixtures hanging over the tables. Ceiling tiles were also filthy and black. The waitress was very nice but the food was not. I ordered a bourbon street steak "pink aka medium". It came out looking like a piece of shoe leather (that thin) was well done and could not be chewed. Also ordered chicken Alfredo with broccoli but it had very little Alfredo.We expressed our displeasure and left.
