Hi I go to this location often but I must say, it has its pros and cons. Service can be good then the Service can be bad just depending on the cashier you get. I constantly say, if your having a bad day then stay home cause a customer like me isn't the one for it. I'm just gonna be honest with you, if you're working then you must need too because a person that wants to work shows enthusiasm. Ok.. moving forward, hot food would be lovely... I also noticed something, certain people get coupons or discounts whether they have a coupon or not! Be fare with people... Alright now, give Arby's a try..

I’m not sure how this place got a 4.1 star review! The service was absolutely awful. The employees were rude. They took forever to make two sliders and a small fry. The restaurant was dirty. The parking lot was filthy and I will not be going back to this location.

The staff was nice but slow to serve or acknowledge customers. They may have been understaffed. The food was lackluster. I haven't eaten at an Arby's in some time. This may (hopefully) be my last time. Arby's isn't what it used to.

I wish I had never stopped at this nasty place! No cars should of been my first que. As I tried to order the girl was rude and had to repeat my order twice. I ordered the regular beef & cheddar with curly fries and a coke. The first freaking thing on the menu! Had to pull forward and wait. Asked for her to include sauce and ketchup she looked at me like I had three heads. I waited and waited finally they come to the window hand me the bag. No thank you for waiting nothing! Turned walked inside before I could even get the bag open and of course no sauce, straw, napkins or ketchup. NEVER AGAIN! OH and the food sucked too!

OMG what do you have to do to get good service I came in there today to order a meal that was a young lady that was cooking in the back she got mad because I requested some cheese in the middle of the sandwich she immediately got angry this is the worst service I have ever seen in my entire life this female acted like she wanted to fight me when I came into the building I immediately felt disrespected I really felt like she was ready to go I am imagining myself this is ridiculous service corporate where are you

The cost of the combo came to almost $15. . for one burger combo! I ĥad them cancel the order.
I visited this location on Tuesday August 6 and asked for one chicken sandwich. The cashier replied “We got a 2 for 6 do you want that?” Well because it costs 5. And some change for one, of course I do!!
Fast forward to tonight August 10…. My husband tries to order the same thing and was told they don’t have it. How sway??? So he looked it up online and showed them. To which he was responded “we have to tell you we don’t have it but if you wouldn’t threatened to drive off, we would’ve given it to you” and proceeded to show him a card of what they had to say. And then said “ I don’t know why you’re upset if you were going to order 2 chicken sandwiches anyway” WHY ARE YALL LYING TO PEOPLE AND THEN TRYING TO JUSTIFY IT!?! Run me my coins back!!!!
