The curly fries was cold and rubbery. We ordered 2 Beef and Cheddar. Each barely had any cheese sauce and Arby's sauce. I was disappointed.

If you want a bread sandwich then here is your spot.I ordered a corn beef sandwich and one side was meet and tge other side was bread lettuce and tomato for which i was charged an additional 80 cents for. The pictures are very deceiving.. i was asked to come in..but why should i after waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru...and having to go to work..smh

I'm a sucker for the fish sandwich and curls fries.
Had two separate to-go orders in two different bags - one French dip and one turkey sandwich. The lid of the aus jus wasn't secured at all and spilled out everywhere on my car seat and ruined the sandwich and fries by getting it all soggy. The turkey sandwich was another complete disaster. The whole sandwich was dripping wet with some mystery goo. The meat was slimy and had an awful, unnatural smell. Needless to say the entire meal was not edible and we had to get food from somewhere else. And I'll always have a stained car seat with a disgusting smell to remember this experience by. Thanks, Arby's.

Such rude employees, never a thank you or have a good day. They talk among themselves about non work related stuff as you wait to pay and shove your food at you. I think that’s my last time using this location. Customer service is horrible every time.

You really need to work on customer service and how your employees speak to their guest. Aljiane was the absolute worst. On 11/08/23 at 12:03pm not only was I spoken to rude at the speaker, but never once was I greeted with a smile or anything pleasant, just "pull forward" and then "pull to the curb" and shut the window. And I don't know who that woman was that brought put the food, but those 5" long nails are extremely unsanitary!!! You know how much germs are under a regular fingernail??? That should be a food and safety violation.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered 4 for $10 roast beef sandwiches, small order of Mozzarella sticks & a medium drink. Drive thru was NOT busy but server requested that I move my car to the door because they were cooking the mozzarella sticks. ?♀️ no one in line behind me & no one came through the drive thru the entire time we were waiting, which fortunately was only about 3 minutes. But the young black girl that brought out our order was not at all friendly, did not smile, or even thank us. In fact, she acted like she was doing US a favor! There is more I could say but I won't. The food was good although the service was lacking!
