Arby's is one of the 2 fast food joints I go to. The food is not as good as it used to be.
The service is better. The young lady at the window was polite and courteous and had a beautiful smile. I made a mistake on my order. And she corrected it, which changed the price, that's the service you want every time.

While the food is good, and fresh. Literally everytime I come here I have to wait at least 15-20 minutes just to get my food. It’s unacceptable. I spend majority of my lunch break waiting on them to bring my food than I do getting to actually eat the food. It’s gotten to the point where I just avoid this restaurant altogether.

It seems they are understaffed or highly unorganized. Either way, it’s unacceptable for a “fast” food restaurant to have wait times and wait lines in the drive thru. Do better.

I came to this location at 10:25pm tonight and the black girl with glasses thought it was funny that they were “closed” and I know they weren’t. But since it’s so funny I’m going to be funny and contact the district manager and have her terminated since it was a funny wise business decision to lie to a customer and laugh and say you are closed passing up money and lying.

Good food sure.... but the service here sucks. I walked in, there was 4 people ahead of me in line. The lady who was working the counter was in no hurry to get to the counter. When she did, she took the order of 2 people, stepped away and did something else and then came back after a few minutes and got the next one before stepping away again. When she finally got to me, she didn't seem very friendly and When she called my name she threw it down on the counter and walked away. This location isn't normally too busy anytime iver been here, however getting your order taken and getting food seems to take wayyy longer than it should.

I had a problem with the way one of the staff made a smart remark after completing my order. I asked the manager if I may have a word with him. He stated that he didn't have the time because it was lunch hour. I waited a while and he still refused to speak with me. I asked when it would be a good time. He said he was busy. He just blew me off. He wouldn't tell me what his hours were said that he couldn't give out that information. I had to leave so I could make it to work. Poor management skills. Poor help. They seem to hire bodies to work there. No people skills at all.

Walked over here from my hotel room last night for a quick & easy dinner without any high expectations. Boy, was I in for a surprise. 2 young kids running the place on a fairly busy Friday night, & they still took time to treat me like I was their only customer. Arby's, you've got a couple of rock stars here.

What’s wrong with the entire team working at this location???? I’ve been ordering my lunch from here lately since it’s closer to my office and each time I’ve nothing but bad experiences. Ordered strawberry lemonade via the drive thru and she handed me regular lemonade with an attitude. I mean for goodness sakes I paid for my drink!!!!! I said I ordered strawberry lemonade, she then went to pour the regular one down the drain and got my strawberry but the whole time with such a nasty attitude and handed me my drink with an evil stare on her face. What on this green earth did I do wrong???? How do these people get hired with that demeanor? I doubt I will go back to this location again unless they change their staff at the drive thru taking orders.

Went through the drive-thru and my friend who was driving me, placed our order. As my friend was ordering, the expediter told my friend to speak louder and asked my friend to turn his car off and repeat our order. Once we got to the window to pay, the employee did not have a name badge on. Also, the employee did not put the receipt in the bag. We asked for a receipt and he(the employee) went back inside to get our receipt. He came back out and I looked at the receipt, but his name was not on there. Instead, it was a female name. A female did not take our order, a male did!! ???? He (the employee) was very rude and harsh talking. We spent $27 in total. So I DO NOT recommend this restaurant if you plan on spending big money!! You can't help from spending big money because everything is so high as it is!! There should be better attitudes. Poor ethics!!! We are unhappy customers!!! I wish I did not have to give any stars!!!

It was a very disappointing experience for me. After I finished ordering, the staff asked me my name, so I told them mine, but on the printed receipt there was the letter "f". I asked a friend who is fluent in English and they told me that this is a word that contains derogatory meaning. They also laughed at me as they were taking my order. I am Asian, so it may have meant that I am not suitable for this restaurant, but I have never been treated like this when I went to various other restaurants. I hope to have a pleasant meal next time.
