Hot and fresh food! Very courteous employees. I heard the gentleman at the window say he had been there since 9 am. It was 7 pm and you would have never guessed it. Very friendly and polite. Hate I didn't get his name!
The guy that was working the drive thru was amazing. So funny, so friendly, just a genuinely nice person. The service and food was excellent.

If I could give no stars I would have done so. Don’t waste your time eating here. The worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while. I guess since most of the employees here are young they’re just there for a pay check to buy their Jordans, eyelashes and hair weave SMDH !

ALERT, ALERT, ALERT,THIS GUY NAMED KENNETH (according to the name on the receipt) DEMONSTRATED EXTREMELY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! I ordered the fish strips and fries; the food was piping hot and tasted great. But what got me was this guy's attitude and demeanor over the speaker and at the window!! If he is not a manager, he should be granted that title and position. The audacity of him to give me such great customer service at night, How dare him in the world we live in of terrible customer service.Keep up the great work Ken, you are going places with or without Arbys.

In the past week and a half, I've had 2 bad experiences at this store. 1st time, manager had a rude comment over intercom when placing order, then my food was all wrong. 2nd time was Monday and same manager was rude again. We ordered food in drive thru and he asked about rounding up the total and we declined and he made the comment it's ok, I'll just do it myself. When confronted at the window he did apologize but was out of line.

Went to the drive thru on the way to work after church and was very disappointed at this Arby's. The young lady was rude and unprofessional. We will not be visiting this location again. We enjoy Arby's and will continue to patron the others who have better customer service.

I ordered the new wagyu burger. I received a beef and cheddar, but quickly got it swapped for what I paid for. The burger was no different from any other burger I've had. I don't get condiments, and I guess that was what was supposed to make it taste like something besides a pretty boring burger.The interior of the dining room was fairly clean and didn't smell like old restaurant. The staff were friendly enough. Arby's is never my first choice, (bring back the 5 beef and cheddars for $5 and I might change my mind) but I will probably return at some point.Plenty of parking here during lunch hour. Most people use the drive through.Parking: Parking exists.
