On the night of 10/1/25 the dark skin girl and the light skin girl was working,from the orders given the dark skin girl was in charge, but my issue is that I was not greeted when I came through the door and also both of them walked up to the register and looked at me with out saying a word. I finally had to ask the two girls is some you can help me with. Now the food that got was cold and prepared without the arbys care. As many times that I have gotten food from Arbys on Cone blvd with this experience,I will not be going back to this location. I am really disappointed.

Bad experience, my husband and I ordered our food, 3 young black employees were working that day, they had no other customers at that time, they took a long time to give us our order because they were busy talking to each other with bad faces and attitude, since they took our order I saw the attitude, I can see that disgust attitude because my husband is white and I am Hispanic. But it is not the first time we saw that . What a horrible place that place is only for African American people, Hispanics and whites are not welcome.

I truly enjoy the buy one get one free sandwich. Being on a limited budget I'm able to get two meals for the price of one. The best part is that the sandwiches are delicious I especially love the gyros!

I eat here pretty often. The food is always good, the restaurant is always clean, and Josh always remembers my name which blows me away. Everyone here is great, but I don't know if I've ever met a fast food employee as friendly as Josh.
I did a DoorDash order y’all ain’t even seal the bag closed I thought the dasher was messing with my food when he handed it too me , I order 5 tenders and a large curly fry why when I bite into the tenders it’s hard to break off like it wasn’t cooked good enough wayyyy tooo chewy get shit right sometimes

Previously it was an excellent place to eat, now you are wasting time and money. We ordered a BBQ Brisquet and they gave us a crappy hamburger without meat, when we asked for it to be fixed the manager told us that was how it was done and that she couldn't do anything, that we should eat it or throw it away , if she made it again it would be the same, that the photo is never the same as the real one, I saw that 5 other people complained, DO NOT WASTE TIME AND MONEY look for other options.
