Bad experience, my husband and I ordered our food, 3 young black employees were working that day, they had no other customers at that time, they took a long time to give us our order because they were busy talking to each other with bad faces and attitude, since they took our order I saw the attitude, I can see that disgust attitude because my husband is white and I am Hispanic. But it is not the first time we saw that . What a horrible place that place is only for African American people, Hispanics and whites are not welcome.

I truly enjoy the buy one get one free sandwich. Being on a limited budget I'm able to get two meals for the price of one. The best part is that the sandwiches are delicious I especially love the gyros!

I did a DoorDash order y’all ain’t even seal the bag closed I thought the dasher was messing with my food when he handed it too me , I order 5 tenders and a large curly fry why when I bite into the tenders it’s hard to break off like it wasn’t cooked good enough wayyyy tooo chewy get shit right sometimes

We ordered a BBQ Brisquet and they gave us a crappy hamburger without meat, when we asked for it to be fixed the manager told us that was how it was done and that she couldn't do anything, that we should eat it or throw it away , if she made it again it would be the same, that the photo is never the same as the real one, I saw that 5 other people complained, DO NOT WASTE TIME AND MONEY look for other options.

I stopped at Arby’s on the cone blvd location after work today because I thought I’d receive exceptional customer service like I always do. This location has always been friendly and welcoming so I thought, boy was I wrong! The young lady that took our SIMPLE order was very impatient and rude! Kept saying anything else in a rude manner, she cut me off several times.Literally blowing her breathe as I was ordering our drinks. When we got to the window it got even worse. The young lady with short dreads in the form of 2 ponytails and glasses, gave us our total, I gave her my card, she snatched it and closed the window. She ran my card,gave us the drinks and right after she handed me our food and closed the window before I could ask for a receipt. She was one the most unprofessional individuals I’ve ever encountered. I will never give this establishment another dollar of my hard earned money. Might I add I’ve been going to this specific location for the last 2 years and have never known any of the previous employees to behave in such a disgusting manner. I’m extremely disappointed and upset how I was treated in front of my children. I truly hope that this review would have some sort of impact on the young lady because you have no idea what someone is going through or what capacity their mental state is. Thank you for allowing me to express my concerns.
