Usually take our family each time we come up from Fl. Disappointed with service and food plus the white sauce was different. Not in a hurry to go back
I absolutely love the food every time I eat here. But yesterday was my birthday and I didn’t expect my server or the cook to both come out and tell me happy birthday. They were both so sweet! The food itself is soooo good. I don’t even like to eat shrimp, but I make sure I get some when I go to arigatos . They cook shrimp to perfection.
Great services
The air wasnt working it was 80 + inside
Always good food just the host are not too friendly. If you have reservations get there early.
Went to Arigato's for the first time ever on Saturday for our Anniversary. Would not go back. our chef didn't interact with us at all. no entertainment value to the meal. Maybe I misunderstood the restaurant from my friends recommendations about it. The food was good, but our rice sat on our plate for 45 minutes while they cooked shrimp and lobster tails for the other people at the table and then cooked everyone's steak before they got to our chicken. Everyone else was finished eating by the time we got our chicken. Checks and take out boxes were brought within minutes of us getting our food and then had a bus boy standing at the table waiting for us to pack up and leave. Barely ate and only had a small bit of rice and chicken to take home. Very disappointed and wouldn't go back again. I heard lots of great things about it, but it didn't even come close to the hype.
A group of girlfriends and I went to the Greensboro location to celebrate the birthdays of two women in our group. We had called to see if we could bring in cupcakes and were told no, they would give a piece of cake to us. We never got any kind of dessert other than the pocky sticks that everyone receives. Our reservation was for 5:30 so they weren’t really busy when we got there. When we left at 7:30 they were just starting to pick up. Before we could even get settled into our seats, the server came over asking if we knew what we wanted. We told her no to food but we wanted to order drinks. She looked at her notepad and walked away. When taking our orders she informed us about the many up charges we would be charged for including teriyaki sauce and having two soups instead of salad. She brought all of our soups and salads before we got our drinks and I ended up going to the bar to get my own drink. On my way I saw a group of servers leaned up against the wall, so clearly they weren’t overwhelmed with business. My drink had black flakes in it from Im guessing the ice so I did not go back for another. We all had empty cups for a while before the server came back with an attitude while filling our cups, I am guessing because she overheard us wondering where she was and when we would get more water. The chef was amazing and gave us a wonderful show and made delicious food. Before he could even roll his cart away, she came around with boxes and didn’t offer any sauce cups or anything to anyone. She didn’t even offer a box to everyone and walked away, making it so that we had to go searching for a box for ourselves. When asked if we wanted something else, one person from our group asked if they could sing to our two birthday girls. She came back and gave us a half hearted happy birthday with 5 seconds of drums, even though we heard other people getting bigger performances for their celebrations. I had two boxes and no one was offered a bag so we also had to get that ourselves. We also weren’t asked how we wanted our bills split before she passed out the bills which was frustrating because we wanted to pay for the birthday girls. I haven’t been to arigato in a long time and after that experience I will not be back. It is very disappointing that we went there to celebrate and we all left in a bad mood because we spent so much money for such an awful experience.
One of a kind experience of grilled food serves fresh and hot. Flavorful sauces that makes you crave for more. Staffs are friendly and accomodating⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I'm very disappointed in arigatos. They have cut the portions by at least 50 percent. We were used to getting enough to give us 2 extra meals out of our plates. There's barely enough. We're able to finish the entire meal in one sitting. The service used to be very entertaining . Now the chefs
Are just really quiet, never say anything.
Gratuities are automatically added. And what the servers don't understandis that if they give us great service? The gratuities would be more than 15%. Great service. I usually tip between 50 and 80%.
I will never go back to arigato's. I will go to kabudo's from now on. As their portions are triple, the amount of arigatos One of the things we also like to do is to get a to go cup of tea. They've also cut out the to go cups

Went here for dinner was definitely NOT impressed. Upon arrival we were told to get up to be seated. Then was told they were not ready yet and to sit back down. When finally seated. The salad was just okay. Soup had zero flavor. My partner got chicken.. which came out already pre cooked ? we have never been anywhere that had pre cooked the chicken. It was then cooked on the grill with no seasoning..just blah.. vegetables came out huge..someone obviously didn't want to take the time to chop up the vegetables.. they were also flavorless. The shrimp was good. The chef threw a huge pile of rice all over my partners plate and then threw the chicken on top. Then at the end of the night when the bill came. My partner asked why their was a service fee. The waiter couldn't really explain into detail the reasoning for it. Overall not a good experience unfortunately. We were exploring the city and heard this was a good place. But was highly disappointed

Great waitstaff service. My steak (ask for medium) and shrimp were overcooked. The manager was very helpful in getting off the bill.

We go here every year for my friend's birthday. Every year I get a to go plate for one who can't come. They refused to let me order a to go plate. They said there is a limit of 2 to go plates per table. So, the first 2 people who were seated were not in our group. They both ordered a to go plate each. Our group had 6 people and I was the only one in our group who needed a to go plate. I even spoke to the manager asking couldn't it be per group. She said no. The manager said if I wanted a to go plate I could go sit at a table by myself and have my plate and order a to go plate. So, I'm supposed to not sit with the birthday party in order to get a to go plate. More than one group sits at a table often. This is a stupid unfair situation. I'd never had this issue there previously, never heard of it and it is ridiculous. Know this before you go is all I can suggest. They do not value customers, do not treat them equally and are unwilling to compromise logically. I cannot recommend a business who puts customers in this situation. I was trying to order an additional plate, spend more money at this restaurant. Their business apparently doesn't need my business.
