The food is here is great but the dress code is ridiculous. I was told I couldn’t be seated because I had a sleeveless shirt on, when there were other people in the restaurant were dressed down.

Of all the times over the years we have eaten at these hibachi grill steakhouses, I've never been so confused by the distribution of the food. My family of 4 sat in the center with our 2 kids centered. This should appear obvious as to whom these children belong to. When my son didn't want his zucchini/ onion medley, it was given to 2 guys on the end. They were not even offered to me, the guy paying for those portions. Ok.Our shrimp appetizers were drastically smaller (about 1/3) than the other 4 diners sitting with us. We didn't hear anyone order a larger appetizer, and I've never seen that happen before. I felt like we were given 4 child sized apps. Alright.I don't see the word "mushroom" anywhere on the menu, but there they were. A huge pile steaming on the flat top! All 4 diners outside of our party were given mushrooms. We received zero. I looked back at the menu to find out what they ordered so differently, and I don't see mushrooms listed anywhere. I've always received them with my normal orders. I realize how ridiculous I may seem to be, but it seemed to go on and on. Just when I thought I would just eat and be happy... here comes the broccoli. The lady beside me gets a pile of florets..... me?... Guess.I don't get it! The server and wait staff were decent, although my son waited forever for a "specialty kids drink" refill that we asked for.

These people are so rude! Invited my parents to dinner and they gave my mom the wrong order and she spoke up and the manager was immediately involved and accused us of wanting “free food”. Keep in mind the plate was untouched, all she said was her order is wrong, they could’ve took it back and replaced it with the correct item. But they just accused of trying to “steal food” made us pay for the wrong order and called the police on us. Just an overall terrible experience

I hate that they charge a service fee that's a tip charged to your bill. my meal was only 124 and they charged me an extra 17.50, when I gave cash for the tip, then for two people they rung us up separate on one recite. I don't like when u order appetizer shrimp they cut it in half and share with the whole table instead of cooking it separate from the free appetizer shrimp they give everyone also I don't like that you have to order an entree just to order side items.
I go here with the family a few times a year. Always great food! They have THE BEST scallops I have ever had in my life and I consider myself a bit of a food snob. Every other hibachi place I’ve been to undercooks them and under seasons scallops and they’re just gross and tasteless. Even if you don’t like scallops, try them here. It’s a bit fishy, being from a type of clam, but if you like shrimp you’ll like their scallop. Always have fun. Make sure to be very precise about the alcoholic drinks you order, unless it’s directly at a bar. It’s hard to hear in there and they’ve gotten my order wrong a couple of times. They’re always willing to happily rectify the error though so I’m not going to fault them for mistakes we could all make.

The food is like most other hibachi restaurants. I miss the little cake things they used to give after the meals. Make sure you know that if you come to just sit, they charge you $4. Also, if they bring you a birthday dessert, they charge you for it as well. It seems to have gone down since I used to go. The servers are nice as well as the cooks. So that's a plus, it's still an enjoyable experience.
