Service is amazing. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I got the Jerk Chicken (with added jerk sauce), collards and pintos and they were all proper authentic and delicious! My only complaint is that they are closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays and I wanna eat there everyday of the week! See you Thursday for the oxtail!

I ate at Ava’s Cuisine yesterday and the staff is nice. The food was extremely good. True soul food. I enjoyed the holiday egg rolls. The egg rolls are amazing. I will be a regular customer here. Im coming back on oxtails day. Im trying the oxtails next. I cant wait. Oh and they give you microwaveable plates that is amazing to me. You can just put the plate in the microwave.

My recent dining at Ava's Cuisine was beyond amazing. As soon as I walked in, I was experienced friendly faces of the staff, setting the stage for a memorable meal in a cozy atmosphere. The menu at Ava's is a real treat as there was a lot of variety. What truly stole the show was the top-notch service. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, from the warm welcome to the attentive care throughout the meal. If you're up for a culinary adventure filled with delicious flavors and genuine hospitality, Ava's Cuisine is the place to be. The strawberry poundcake definitely gets an honorable mention!

I had a good experience with Ava's catering and would use them again in the future. The staff was punctual, professional, and pleasant. The food was really good and several guest complimented the food choice. And since we had full service, they did the majority of the cleaning after the event. Overall I'm more than satisfied with this company.I didn't give five stars for minor things that may sound trivial to others. However, the week I hosted this event was in between 2 other events I hosted; so I can't help but compare the 3 events. This company held a recorded final menu and service meeting that was new to me but I appreciated their willingness for accuracy.However, the final meeting didn't make it to execution. For example, we discussed the table being set, the selected salad with walnuts on the table instead of the salad, and pitchers of water on each table. That didn't happen. I had to ask for napkins and water for each table. Also the fork with the salad was the only fork for the guest so they had to save it for the main course.Again small issues that wouldn't defer me from choosing them again.

The food here is reallllllllly good. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The only downside for MYSELF is I don’t think they give you enough food for the price you pay.Otherwise it’s a must try!!! The Turkey wings, oxtails, cabbage, Mac and cheese were some of our favs.

Customer service was the only thing good. The sides were awful. I had the greens and mac and cheese. Turkey wings were below average and the chicken wings just did not satisfy my taste. For the prices I was expecting a lot more. The staff was very kind when I requested a refund.

I love the customer service. It's the food. I usually give restaurants three tries then I am out. My first experience was I got smothered turkey, greens and mac and cheese. The turkey and mac and cheese were ok. But the greens were too sweet. My second experience I got jerk chicken, rice and mac and cheese. My chicken and rice were dry. No gravy. I want my experience to be great like the others what should I do/ order?

This place was referred to me by my boys. They seem to love the food. So, I ordered 2 plates with Pound Cake. The pound cake was delicious. The food was good. The only thing is the collards were sweet. The customer service was AWESOME!!! I am definitely going to go back. If you have not been. Please give this business a try and see for yourself.
