I went for homecoming and had a reservation. When I arrived I was told that my reservation was not going to be honored. I was told that it’s homecoming and that can’t make others who did not have a reservation wait. I paid $60 for an uber and I was given $20 by staff and turned away. This was very disappointing and I will not be returning. It’s ashamed because I wanted to experience the food and atmosphere. Poor business transactions. If I could give no stars that’s what I would give.

It was a group of us...we got seated quickly because we was the only ones in there at first..it was 11-12 of us after that it went down..some waited like 35 mins to just get chips and cheese..then a whole hour and a half for our food..people was coming in when we was sitting that got food before us.. then when we finally got our food it was not hot..we asked to speak with the manager when the manager was there...waitress came back like 15 mins later and say the manager had to step out and that the other manager didn't speak very good English..this experience was terrible..my niece was celebrating her birthday at that... shouldn't nobody have to wait that long for food then when it comes it not hot

Food portion was small, took my family like 2 hours to get there food and when we got it, it was cold. We we're the first people in there. Will never go back.

If I could rate zero stars that’s what I would give! My best friend and I came to town from 2hrs away. We placed our reservation almost 2 weeks in advance to ensure convenience and was really looking forward to trying it out. After spending more than $60 to Uber there from an event,, upon our arrival the person at the door refused to honor our reservation. We tried to negotiate and constantly requested to be seated. The employee just continued to repeat that it was homecoming weekend for A&T and we would not be seated. It was a terrible experience! we never were seated and ultimately left and will NEVER attempt to visit this establishment again and will encourage others to save their time and money to go elsewhere. They really need to work on their customer service and processes! A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT to our night.

My EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE !! Then after my Daughter and I paid they waitress came to us and said it’s not showing that you paid , we both showed her that it was taken out of our account, we waited at the front for 10 minutes for her to come back and say oh my boss said yall can’t leave until the payment post! I said oh no we are leaving and we are not paying again! I’m visiting my Daughters from out of town and will never come back to this restaurant again.

Some of the worst service I have ever received. Our hostess only came to our table once after us placing the order. When asked for drink refills they were out of lemonade which she said was a fountain drink before ordering. Food was mediocre not worth the overpriced dinner. I do not recommend and will never go back. I should have listened to bad reviews I read before going 😢

After waiting for 45 minutes for the food they added 27% to the bell which 18% mandatory tip for the waitress and 9% believe it or not Service charge for the cooks which I never see before.

Decided to try this spot today. I ordered and paid online said ordered would be ready at 4:38. Got there and was told the system I ordered on they don’t have any longer. The young lady took my order from my phone and I waited 15 minutes. When I get home I had no tostones or salad that is supposed to come with the meal. And I received 4 pieces of sweet plantain with my chicken instead tostones and my side of sweet plantains . I can’t imagine your charging 7.99 for 4 piece of sweet plantain that is just crazyyyyyyy. Finally got to taste the food the chicken taste old like I got the day before chicken just refried rice and beans were ok. I don’t like places that open late in the day as more than if you take out your getting what was left from the day before. open. Look at the picture it doesn’t look like fresh chicken nor did it taste like it. 43 dollars for old chicken white rice and a cup of beans I won’t ever recommend or be back

Absolutely delicious food. My first time trying Mofongo, it was garlicky delicious, quite a huge serving. Staff were attentive and polite. Loved the wall with the sayings in Spanish.

This restaurant is a rip off. They charge 35% for gratuity!! When we asked the manager she said 20% for the server and 15% for the cook !!! Have picture of receipt.

The only suggestion I have is to train the employees on how to use the cash register properly. I'm a fairly frequent customer, and they always charge me different prices for the same thing.

This is a really nice place. I went on a Friday, hookah was $30. Food, drinks and service was good. I love the decor. Cheaper if you are paying with cash.
