No customer service - ordered a birthday cake and needed to make changes. Called the store 3x and left a voicemail, and emailed the customer service help desk provided in my order confirmation email. Never heard from anyone and when I went to pick up the cake they didn't even have a bag to put the box.

The heat in the store is clearly broken. It’s 30 degrees outside and 40 degrees in the store. The poor employees shouldn’t be forced to wear puffer jackets at work. We roadtrip here regularly from Winston because we like the ethics of Ben & Jerry’s. But the owner of this store needs to get their ethics in order and fix the heat for the sake of customers AND their own staff!

It seems every time I order delivery from here they're out of everything. But if I go in miraculously they have everything. If you guys don't want to use doordash then don't. But please don't take my money and then cancel the order after three different drivers have been assigned for the driver to be the one to tell doordash that you don't have the supplies. It's either you don't have it or you don't want to work but I call the ass because when I go in there you have everything.
