the location is amazing but the customer service not so much. when we got there the girl working was chatting away for about 30 mins with someone & on their phone meanwhile there was another customer that was still waiting to order way before we got there. and any time anyone tried to order she kept ignoring everyone and texting on her phone & saying “sorry im listening, i was supposed to be in Charlotte” & complaining. we went to enjoy the weather and some icecream but that threw us off a bit.

I brought my grandchildren to get ice cream and they loved it. The kid zone was a big hit. Service is excellent. Kim and Kiah are awesome. Prices are reasonable. I Will definitely be back again.
I brought my 2 and 4 year old grandchildren here for ice cream. No options for small children. Smallest amount you can buy is 2 scoops- 10.00 dollars for each child. I don’t even mind the cost but the unwillingness to offer a $5.00 kiddie scoop is wasteful and indicative of a disregard for costumer service. I understand it’s a company wide decision. No worries - there are other options that I will share with other grandparents.
