My husband and I order food from Bill's Pizza Pub on Randleman Rd in Greensboro NC very often. We use their drive-thru service. Our orders have been on time, correct and delicious. I have loved Bill's Pizza since their former location on West Gate Blvd (formerly High Point Rd) more than twenty years ago. The staff at the drive-thru are always friendly and happy. If you haven't tried Bill's Pizza Pub, I suggest you do. They may become your favorite pizza...
Pizza is always great, never any problems with that. But here lately they’ve been messing up orders, my last 4 orders have all been wrong but they will make it right the second time around. They are very busy which may be the cause of the wrong orders but nevertheless, pizza is bomb. I would say order before 4pm, maybe that will help. Only gave 3 stars for service cause of the constant wrong orders but the crew are all great.

The outside was littered with cigarette butts everywhere and looked rundown. The cashier didn't say anything to us except the price we owed. Not a hello, goodbye, thanks, or even a smile.
