Like always pull through drive through and ordered my food verry nice person on the speaker alwasy double checks your order and when its good i pull around to the window and get the order i just ordered and very respectful person working the drive through after i got my order i checked it in the bag and everything was good. And u can always park whereever u want and no problems.

This location for some reason is never properly staffed. It wasn't even noon and they didn't even have both of their drive-thru windows open, it always takes forever to get waited on in this location

Check your bags meticulously, folks. For the 2nd time in 2 weeks, they just shorted me on my order. On both occasions, it's been during a slow period, so it wasn't hard. They will not be getting another chance to take my money for things they're not giving me.

Around 12 pm my husband attempted to go through he drive thru and was told they were closed, even though the site clearly states they close at 2pm. I called to clarify to see if they were actually closed or just the drive thru, only to be hung up on.

On July 22at 12:30 pm I received my food and drink got home and went to put my straw in my drink and it wouldn’t go in took the lid off and seen a plastic bag of some sort …took the drink back do they could pull it out because I was scared not knowing what it was and all the did was give me another drink cup no apology no explanation or nothing. It was the plastic from the cups. That’s randleman Road Biscuitville in Greensboro.

Paul was at the register and was SO incredibly kind! He even gifted my dog a biscuit because he heard he was waiting in the car. I’d give Paul more than 5 stars if I could. Made our morning!

The employees in the back of the house are very unprofessional. There is alot of playing. There was a gentleman "light skinned with dreds"working with no hair net. I will say the young lady working the front register was very professional and nice. Her name was Latisia.

Normally when I go through the drive thru at this location the customer service is pretty good. I decided to go in and place an order on 10/29 at about 7:52 am. It was a man who brought his biscuit back in about a min or so before me. Jose was at the register taking orders. He made eye contact with me not once but twice and didn’t acknowledge my presence. So I’m waiting as this man is just sitting at the register who has brought his biscuit back and requested it be corrected. I walk up and I ask if I can order Jose just looks at me I proceed to order, pay, give my name and step away from the counter. He took my receipt and placed it on the counter. He took two orders after me where he greeted them placed receipts in their hands etc. my coffee was ready again he sat it on the counter at which my name wasn’t called,and we made eye contact again the other customer was nice enough to get my attention and told me my coffee was ready. Jose was not the friendliest and in all honesty he has been the rudest cashier I’ve encountered at a biscuitville. I doubt I’ll be returning to this location everyone should be treated and greeted the same way as other customers. You always put the best people on the front line nonetheless you want people who have a welcoming spirit and are inviting to make you want to come back!
