Staff seem to hate their life here and take it out on each individual that comes in. Very rude, dislikes communication. Waited for over for 10 mins, lady got mad, very rude and defensive when I said “no rush, but do you have an estimate wait time”. I recommend staying away from this location if you want to be treated with respect and decency.
They have friendly staff with great customer service and smiles.
Really bad customer service I don't understand why they provide poor service if they receive payment from the people who buy.

Is a requirement to be rude for your customer service the front cashier at 11:20 am. Everyone on the planet should be respectful.

Drive thru pickup order, someone yelled out to drive around to the window, I didn't see them but I heard them, I have know this spot to have drive thru mechanical issues before which can hold up a line. But the service was as expected, food hot as usual, I even prefer this Bojangles location over many others, even Chick Flia across the street. The guy working the window this morning 8am is always nice, and a thank you to him he is a great part of how Bogabgles is doing it right.

Did not realize they had 3 stars but I see why now.. serving uncooked biscuits and weird interactions with personnel over the speaker… just a waste!!! Sad because it was in the middle.

I dont know who made the batter for the chicken but they need to stop. The chicken was way too salty and the breading was hard as a rock covering the all the chicken. It was disgusting for $33. Yall need to do better. Nasty. Period. I WANT MY MONEY

Dry, dry, and more dry. The atmosphere was good, the employees were nice, and the food came out fairly quickly. The problem with this place is those dry biscuits sandwiches. I don't know how you could eat these without sauce and/or a drink to was it down. Also, the fries were overly seasoned and super salty. After leaving, I felt like I was in the desert without a drop of water in sight.

First night we were told they had limited food. We still chose from the available and limited menu which was tenders and fries. 2nd visit there was NO food prepared and we were told to wait in the handicap parking to wait for our food which turned into a 30 min wait. Lots of unhappy customers waiting in the parking lot and in the store. When the staff finally came out they had the wrong order. Finally received a 3 piece tender. 2 of the 3 tenders were small and hard! We didn't even feel like going through the struggle to get it corrected. Needs serious management

I am beside myself right now that a good server would allow this to leave the kitchen… this is ridiculous. The young lady at the register was very kind in the drive-through but I blame this on the young man who packed this food. Ridiculous!! Do better.

The absolute worst bojangles in NC. The staff and management is unprofessional. Reading and following directions is fundamental in any establishment you’re working in, clearly this location lacks the comprehension. Anytime you order delivery, food is missing, old, cold or half filled. Whatever you do, don’t order on the app, order directly on door dash, or grub hub at least they will replace your money, or request a redelivery. The staff here needs serious training on how to proceed when they’ve sent out an incorrect order through the companies app. Avoid this location at all cost.

BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST BOJANGLES I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE - please help yourself & read the reviews before coming here & giving them your service. STAFF IS SO RUDE!! If you guys hate your job - QUIT. I can’t believe the amount of disrespect i experienced coming to this fast food chain.
