I purchased a 8 piece chicken and was waiting for fresh chicken to come up. When I was handed my order I asked if it was fresh chicken that was cooked she said yes. After I got home I realized it was not the fresh chicken but chicken that had been sitting in a warmer for hours that was burned and dried out. I went back to request fresh chicken I purchased and a manager told me he could not replace the chicken unless I had all 8 pieces. He agreed to replace the 3 pieces I had brought back. They took the chicken I had brought back and put it on a box and be back the same burned, dried chicken I came in with.
DO NOT EAT AT BOJANGLES ON LANDOVER RD THE GOOD QUALITY IS POOR AND DO IS THE SERVICE.

This is not a real bo! It’s fake and the test of the food is way off
I dive here passing other BJs. The food is always fresh. I truly believe in Greensboro this is the only one that offers amazing food quality 😀

Just got into town and I'm from the west, so my first stop is always Bojangles. Been eating here since I was a kid back in the 80s when they used to serve a leg and a biscuit and didn't have so much shit on the menu like now but I can always get my favorite chicken. My experience at this one was much better than the one I went to in Chattanooga TN this past summer. The lady that helped me was nice and professional and let me know that they was out of chicken and waiting for more and this gave me a flashback to when I used to work at KFC back in the 80s and we used to run out of chicken...it happens. I thought that I would then get nice hot chicken and I did. I noticed the place had a really long drive through line and someone was hustling out to cars to serve them the chicken as it came up. I walked here from my hotel so I also noticed the AI drive through voice which I had not seen before as I usually don't eat fast food anyway...it was cool but odd...AI gonna take all the jobs. Anyway, I got the 5 after five...two of them haha. Smokin deal so I got four pieces of chicken (all dark meat of course) and two sides of Cajun pintos and dirty rice and two biscuits. Had water back at the hotel. I gave the food four stars for two reasons. One of my chicken legs was a little stubby one so the Bo needs to get bigger legs...hit the gym bruh, it's leg day. Also, the dirty rice was kinda runny and did not have the sausage pieces in it like I remember. See the pics. Otherwise, service was good and food was hot and delicious.

Told me they wouldn’t drop anymore fried chicken even though they’re open for over an hour longer. I thought this was a fried chicken place. What a waste of time.
Sad that this place has gone down hill so bad. Quality of food isn’t what it was but the service is horrendous!

Second time come in here and their biscuits are horrible. They are always so hard. I don’t have this problem at any other Bojangles.

The Bojangles on West Wendover Ave and 4409 Landover is, without a doubt, the nastiest restaurant in Greensboro. The chicken is often half-cooked and has a burnt appearance rather than the golden brown it should be. This suggests that they don’t change the grease, which is a major health concern. It’s clear that this establishment suffers from poor management and a lack of professionalism among the staff; they seem more interested in collecting a paycheck than maintaining quality.
As someone who grew up enjoying Bojangles, it’s disheartening to see how far the quality has fallen. My family used to dine here once or twice a week, confident in the great taste we’d receive. Now, the food is simply horrible. The fries are excessively greasy and lack that satisfying crispiness. It’s truly sad to see restaurants decline like this, making home cooking a more appealing option than dining out.
If you're looking for a decent meal, I suggest you skip this location altogether. The standards have dropped so low that it’s hard to believe this is the same chain I once loved.
