I really wanted to like this Bojangles location because it's the closest one from where I live but holy cow do they make it hard.Every time I've come here they've been out of something and the employees are nothing but nice but sometimes their head is just in the clouds.One time, I ordered the chicken sandwich from the drive thru and they told me to pull around to the handicap parking spot and they would bring it out to me, but 20 minutes went by and nobody ever came. I went inside to check if the order was still being made and the lady working the front admitted that she had totally forgotten about me.I went early one morning to try and get breakfast and they were all out of biscuits and Bo Rounds so I couldn't order breakfast, and on a separate occasion I went and tried to order the chicken and rice bowl but they were all out of beans and rice. I'm sure it's not the employees fault but whoever manages this place needs to pay more attention to what's going wrong so these problems can be addressed, because I know I'm not the only one.

12 pm on a Sunday the mac is cold when they gave it to me. The dirty rice had a wait of 15 mins. Chicken was burnt. It was a choice of mash potatoes and green beans. Lunch time just started. This is not my first rodeo at this place and it keeps getting worse.

I love Bojangles. When I loved out of the Bojangles area of states I always missed the food. My favorite chicken filet biscuits hands down all other competition does not hols a candle in my own opinion. But this Bojangles restaurant in general has given me the best Bojangles Cajun filet biscuit I have had from honestly and Bojangles I've been to in my life. Chicken was cooked just perfectly it's tender and fully cooked but not to the point of being dried out and it's still very juicy on the inside with the delicious Cajun spiced breading still having the right crunch. Thank you to the morning team at this specific Bojangles and keep up the delicious food

Absolutely the worst location in North Carolina! Notorious for not having chicken or hot sauce. Always nasty attitude having, incompetent, and rude staff. If they make a mistake they will not refund you at all whatsoever. They make their own business hours close early on any given day week or weekend. Not prompt, moves with absolutely no urgency. I would never choose this location ever again. Managers (both of them) lack customers service skills and taking accountability. A brand new management team is needed . Preferably someone that can stay on top of inventory so items will remain in stock.

Employees have always been kind and respectful to me. Food has always been on point. The only complaint I have is I ordered a grilled chicken club sandwich with no tomato or lettuce and it ended up having both tomato and lettuce on it, but I simply took it off and ate it. I ordered from this location days ago it was only about 8:30pm unfortunately I ordered through my Mobile app (which shouldn’t be an issue seeing as how the store closes at 10pm) I spent $22.80 I go to pick up my food and the store is closed… even though online and on the app it says they’re open the next day I call the store and tell them what happened, I ask for a refund, and they tell me they can not help me… so I look online all I can fine is a phone number that’s supposedly customer service but every time I call I get a voicemail, so, my only other option is to send an email to an email address provided on the web site I sent this email within 24 hours of my order I followed directions and put “CANCEL ORDER” so they would know it’s a “top priority email” or so it says on the Bojangles website, here it’s 5 days and 8 emails later I haven’t even gotten a response I want my money back, I think it’s only fair! I will NEVER order from this location again!
