Service was good but my biscuit was so hard I was gone try to eat it till I realized it was not getting soft no matter how many pieces I pulled off, I expected more especially since the fries were fresh but I’m disappointed in the biscuit I wouldn’t even give it to a dog because it’ll be to hard for the dog .

PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE !!! I’ve attempted to eat here 3 times recently and every time it’s always something. First time they were out of chicken how does that even happen when your a chicken restaurant that makes zero sense, next time they would only accept cash, and this past time I waited for over 15 minutes in the drive thru without a single car even moving. The staff here seems very inattentive to the customers and the quality of the food served is mediocre at best just do yourself a favor and go anywhere else

I had a food delivery that smelled like chemicals, bit into a chicken biscuit and it tasted like soap, order was missing a drink. and the bo rounds were Soggy and yet somehow had a charred taste. I have no idea how any of this was possible

So, I'm normally nice about these kind of things but where do I even start... I waited in line for over 15 minutes. I ordered a Cajun biscuit combo with bo rounds and a large coffee, sausage egg and cheese no combo, and an apple crisp. I got my food correct but I did order ketchup and creamer for my coffee; didn't get that. Lets back up a little bit...While I was waiting to pay for my food sitting at the window, the lady preparing the biscuits is cussing louder with the drive thru window closed. Very disappointing!
My coffee is not good like its been sitting out. DO BETTER!!!!
Update: I have mild food poisoning... Cajun chicken was not cooked thoroughly.

I understand being busy, I used to work in fast food and restaurants myself. But to constantly run out of food, serve items that aren’t fresh, and have staff who act like they don’t even want to be there is crazy. Even though this is the closest location to me, I won’t be coming back.
My last order was the worst I’ve ever had: they didn’t have any eggs, both drinks came wrong (I ordered Pepsi Zero but got two Root Beers, and the Starry tasted like carbonated water), the Supremes looked old and were hard, and the fries were cold.
This isn’t about getting anyone fired or reprimanded, but something definitely needs to change at this location.
And now I'm fighting with Uber Eats to get a refund, this was the worst.

Horrible experience, food, and customer service! Six (6) employees locked the doors and refused in house purchases, drive thru only which is an automated order taker yet they still managed to get my order wrong resulting in an even longer wait time. What I received was hard, crumbly biscuits and dried out chicken as if it sat under the heat lamp entirely too long nothing fresh, nothing edible! BUYER BEWARE this establishment is a total rip off!

The wait time is absolutely terrible. How does it take long to make biscuits? Then when I go here, there’s always something wrong with my food. I found a hair in my food then they gave me like five fries. They are very unsanitary. I would not recommend you going here unless you want an attitude When leaving, don’t even waste your money
