We went to get breakfast this morning and they were out of biscuits. How is that possible? That's all you really have for breakfast options. They told us it would be at least a 10 minute wait. We've had plenty of issues at this Bojangles before, like waiting 20+ minutes for our food, getting the wrong food... Unfortunately they're the only breakfast drive thru between home and school drop off for the kids. We will be going out of our way to go somewhere else from now on.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at fast food. They use an automated system and the system was taking a while to register so I didn’t want to pull off without having the correct order and it being an issue at the window. The girl was so rude she answered the thing with a sigh and a rude “how can I help you” most miserable terrible attitude I’ve encountered. I said “excuse me” as I was so confused about the hostility as I was just tryna order food. She starts going off on me about how I was suppose to pull forward, YET the automated system doesn’t tell you and just remains silent. She was so mad she had to do her job for no reason. I just said “I’m good” and pulled off while she was going off on me. I’ll never go here again and it seems like that’s a general consensus lol.

Worst fast food place ever!!!! Have tried so many times to give this place a chance but they just dont care about customer service. I haven't found a single person, including management, that actually cares if they take your order or if they get your food to you in a timely manner. Avoid this place if you can. Dont waste your time. Bojangles....please make them do better.

Okay, so I just found a hair in my Mac and cheese. My sandwich was all bread, barely any chicken and dry bread. Trash all over the floor and there were employees yelling profanity at each other throughout the restaurant, can corporate please give this place an overhaul? We are limited to food options in this area.
The lady that took my order was nice though.

So I just went here yesterday and the systemic racism here is on full display! Only black employees and a white manager but what got me is the disparity in service depending on your skin color. A white woman was waiting for food and so was I. The manager came out and bent over backwards apologizing to the white woman. Meanwhile I had to go inside and my food was just sitting there. New manager same systemic racism the food was okay but I can’t get past the way they treat you based on your skin color. That was my experience yesterday.
