This is what was in my drink! They are nasty, unprofessional, and need to be shut down! They are not cleaning the machine an they never have what u want! They need to be closed down and I am calling the health and food safety department! If I could put zero stars I would!

UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I was waiting at the counter with nobody else around. Knowing they were busy I patiently waited almost 10 minutes. Two men came in and was standing ahead of me but were waiting also. The woman came from the back after looking at me and took their order immediately. I asked them and her if I was in the wrong location since I was at the register waiting. She didn’t respond but continued to get their orders. The men stopped immediately after looking at my situation and demanded o be waited on FIRST. The woman didn’t like it but had to stop and take my order! She overcharged me for the steak biscuit so I brought it to her attention. The male customer insisted I have a free Bo rounds also This behavior from this RUDE WOMAN IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

I'm DONE with Hicone Bojangles!!! It's convenient on my way home, but they're awful! Last week, my chicken reeked of chemicals. This morning, they dumped salt on everything, including biscuits, bacon, and sausage! Something told me to check my tea, and it had stuff floating in it🤢🤮

Had a “buy 1 get 1 free sausage biscuit” and present it to her on my phone and she had issues with keying it in on register. She said don’t worry about it but i also purchased a Cajun biscuit meal. I asked for that meal to be “Bo-size (large)” I was given medium. And I didn’t get my extra sausage biscuit.

I had to give a star for the food even though I didn’t order. Girl at drive thru had such a bad attitude, I chose to take my business elsewhere. This Bojangles has been horrible ever since it opened but I gave it a second chance. Never again!!
Love Bojangles but the best option is to go to Pisgah or another one close by. Employees are consistently rude and dining room is very messy.

Definitely my least favorite location in Greensboro. I’d rather drive 30 miles then frequent this business. Communication alone would improve this establishment. Sitting at the intercom for over 15 mins with no greeting or explanation of the delay for a fast food restaurant is ridiculous and would annoy anyone. Then the poor attitudes of staff once you’re actually at the window only worsen the mood and forbid they don’t get your order right. You’ll be made to feel it’s your fault. This restaurant needs overhaul. It’s starts at the top.

My rating has been edited and increased. They must have gotten a new manager since then because things have improved. There's a guy there, white mid aged gentleman, and he has done well at trying to improve this place. KUDOS! Still improvement needed but getting MUCH better!
This is the sorriest Bojangles I've ever been to, and the people don't give a shit about quality or being quick. If they ask you to park, forget it you'll see them in an hour, maybe. Slowest people, rude as hell and food, awful. Management doesn't exist here. Just shut it down and give up.

Chicken biscuit literally smelled like engine oil I gagged, asked for a replacement and it smelled the same. It's like they never change the fry oil. The fries gave me such a bad stomach ache and nausea. The worst bojangles experience in my life, STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!
