My only real issue is when you order online for curbside it's never fixed and I end up having to call to get my order fixed even though it says it's ready. Foods always good because, hey, it is freshly made. The employees are nice enough, never been outwardly rude.

Despite having to wait 20 extra minutes after being told I would only have to wait five minutes for my food the food was not fresh. After waiting for 15 minutes I then went inside to simply ask how much longer the food would be and was completely ignored by both young ladies at the register. Do not waste your time or your money at this restaurant.

I NEVER leave reviews for restaurants but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The order was not even for me. I was completing a DoorDash which instructed me to go to the drive thru. When I arrived at the window I was told I have to come inside for my order. When I went inside I was not acknowledged what so ever… I constantly tried getting the workers attention and was COMPLETELY ignored. Mind you, I don’t DoorDash often, only when I need extra cash. I had to call for attention for about 10 minutes. The order had been made and was sitting to the side… not even available for me to grab off the shelf. This persons food was sitting, getting cold, while I was forced to go inside and be ignored.. I will not be going back here for myself or anyone else. EVER.

Very slow and full of excuses. You can walk in with no one there and still have a 15 min wait

Super negative experience. Veronica or whoever the woman identified male working was extremely rude. I asked for a to go box and was denied. I had my children with me and it was raining and storming. I a taking this to the CEO and filing the highest level of complaint. Totally unacceptable. I see the other negative reviews not being addressed but that’s fine because I’m going all the way up with my complaint.

The dipping sauce price has got to change, the price of a combo should come with at least 1 of your choice .

This place sucks they are really slow management is horrible they had the line of ten cars this morning waiting on breakfast orders are all messed up and they are very rude to customers the worst bojangles I have ever been to Do Not Go Here!! You will regret it!
Went in for catering order pick up, cashier SWORE that someone had picked up the ONLY catering order they had 😡
She never checked with the MOD when I asked.. As I'm calling my contractor to let them know what the cashier of the restaurant is saying, and also to reconfirm, the MOD appears (bathroom maybe) and hears me on the phone. MOD says ma'am I have your order here! The cashier looked extremely shocked, but never apologized! And maybe all catering orders and inquiries should be left to the mod since the cashier had no idea what she was talking about! It caused such an amount of confusion I ended up being late for my delivery! So very unprofessional but seems to be the norm for Bojangles across the Triad

The manager is extremely unprofessional. I understand their need for management but they should really take heed in their decisions. She is immature and engages in unprofessional conversations in front of her customers, which is extremely alarming. The level of respect to uphold a business should be managements #1 priority. She kept restating how she “wasn’t supposed to work” yet came dressed up and was talking to everyone in need of doing their job at that moment. Shows her character; she’s not in it from the heart and to make a difference at Bojangles. She is simply there to get a check and leave. Where did those who fear God, Work Hard and Take Pride in their Customer Service go? They underpay their workers and do not take pride in their own work. I had to wipe off my own seating to eat on a clean table and my biscuits were burnt. Trying to eat and listening to her endless conversations made me physically yawn. I was being drained just from sitting there, the convos held had no substance of importance. Service was slow and there wasn’t much traffic. She lacked initiative to help and direct for her crew. She was there to show face (sense of pride elsewhere apparently) and laugh with those in need of doing their job.If you like slow service, Mediocre food and an exhausting atmosphere. Eat or put in a job application to this location.

Last night, October 5th around 7:30 PM, I went to Bojangles and ordered boberry biscuits. When I pulled up to the window, the lady taking my order was eating and had food on her fingers, which I found very unprofessional. There were also about four other employees standing around the window talking instead of paying attention to customers.
After I paid, I was told my biscuits would take 1–2 minutes and was asked to pull forward behind another car that was already waiting. I waited for about 9 minutes, watching as several cars behind me were served while the two of us in front were still waiting.
I eventually got out of my car and went inside to check on my order. When I walked in, the cashier turned around and realized my biscuits were already sitting there. The lady in the car ahead of me also came inside — she had been forgotten too. By the time I received my food, the biscuits weren't even hot anymore, and it was clear neither of our orders had been monitored while we were waiting outside.
I was extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled. I hope this is addressed so other customers don’t end up waiting outside for food that’s already been made and forgotten.

New Bojangles but same staff. Hope you like waiting in line and getting the tea, not yours, from the staff behind the counter.

I purchased a 2 piece chicken thigh & leg with 2 sides , dirty rice & pinto beans, & 1 picnic size dirty rice. The lady asked could I pull in front of the blue car in front of me? There would be a 5 minute wait for the picnic rice. I pulled in front of the car and waited for 15 minutes. I got no rice. I left because I couldn’t wait all day on the large dirty rice. I paid for it but I never got it.
