I just witnessed an employee on South Elm Eugene St. in Greensboro, pick Bo Rounds up with her bare hands and served it to a drive thru customer. That was so very unsanitary. Their food always cold and old. Short staffed always. Needs new management asap!!!!

Used drive thru. Pulled right up to the speaker with two cars ahead of me waiting on food. I was told there was a 6 minute wait on Cajun filet so I changed it to steak. Nevertheless, a man (I'm assuming the manager) told me to pull out of the parking lot and go back into the entrance and wait in the Veterans Appreciation space. I noticed the two cars in front of me were waiting for their food as well. So I pull back onto the street and pull back into the business. I can see through the restaurant and see the two cars get their food and leave. Then I see two more cars park, wait, get their food (the manager looking guy brought it out to them), and leave. After TEN minutes, I saw a city worker jump out of his truck with an attitude and go back inside to get his food. After a few minutes, he came out with his bag. I got out to go inside and he advised me "They won't have it ready and it won't be right!" I saw the manager guy walking toward the door with a bag and I asked if that was mine. He asked what I'd ordered (two combos and an extra sandwich) and I showed him the receipt. He looked at the receipt and said "Damn. 15 minutes!" and handed me the bag with no drinks. I told him they were combos and I should have two drinks (sweet teas). He gave me the two drinks. On the way back to my car I remembered what the city worker said about the accuracy and sure enough the teas were unsweet. There were fries instead of Bo Rounds and the steak was a Cajun chicken! Also, the honey mustard was some sweet honey sort. So I walked back in as the manager guy was taking more food outside to another car. I poured the unsweet teas out and made the correct ones. Then I showed an employee my receipt and what was wrong with my order. She just gave me two orders of Bo Rounds and she replaced the chicken biscuit with a steak biscuit. At least she apologized to me. The manager only said the obligatory "Have a nice day." I know it's fast food. I know not to expect much. But I also know I can go to the Bojangles further down on Elmsley and get great service. My wife agreed we'd just travel an extra few miles to the other Bojangles on Elmsley for now on. Two days later, we went there. They had a short wait as well but they apologized profusely Moreover, our order ( now for 5 people) was 100% correct AND they thanked us.

Only go to this Bojangles if you have a lot of time to wait even when there is no one in line. They will not only take forever to take your order but it will be wrong when it comes out. It never fails to disappoint.

Plastic in the biscuit. So gross and disgusting. I was already home and did not feel Iike driving all the way back there. The lady with the long neon green nails was very rude. She need to cut off them nasty things and they were scraping my hand as she was giving my card and condiments 🤮. Just close the whole restaurant down. We already have plenty. Loosing that one will not hurt us at all.

Customer Service severely lacking. I was told to pull forward to wait for my drive thru order. I waited for 10 minutes and went inside to ask about my order. Turns out they hadn't even started making my order. And later that day I was wondering why my drink tasted off, I opened the lid and found a different customer's receipt in my drink! Will never return to this location. The workers there seemed to be put off that I asked where my order was. When I asked, one employee walked away immediately. This location needs to be closed. There is a far better location less than 2 miles away from this one.

This is the WORST Bojangles I have ever been to in my entire life . The workers all seem to be suffering from autism & they’re SUPER Slow at making your orders. It took them 1 hour just to make a 4 piece tender fixin dinner for me and my brother. So to sum it up the workers are rude, slow at getting orders made and also seem to slow mentally.

The food was not fresh. It looked as if it had been sitting all day. We had to send the cold fries back, not to mention they were all end pieces and not enough to fill the bag. The chicken was so soft and not crispy at all. Most of the tables were dirty. Service was also slow for the food to have been less than. We hadn't been to the location in years. We were reminded of why today.

Good service.....fast....., but today ( still fast) Ru at register forgot I was in line, the only person (2 minutes only) but made my food right off register with no gloves....eww 2/3/25 9:40 am and my bo rounds were upside down.....wake up

The food and service are usually good at this location. But the consistency in quality of food and customer service in the evening leaves much to be desired. When I got back to work and looked in my bag I was surprised and disappointed to see the small portion of mac and cheese that the manager put in my cup. It didn't appear to me that he was putting much in the cup when he was preparing my order, but I thought maybe I just wasn't able to really see over the counter. I didn't think to look inside my bag before walking back to work. Had I seen just how little he gave me, I would have certainly asked for more. The amount I was given is definitely not worth $2.79 plus tax. I showed the cup to a couple of my coworkers and they were both in disbelief. It was too late and too much of an inconvenience for me to go back over to the restaurant and get this issue rectified. I know from now on I will be sure to check everything before leaving out because it seems that some people don't have the same standards and attention to detail as others. I frequent this particular Bojangles because it is very close to my job and the app is pretty convenient to use. Hopefully my next experience there will be better.

I went to this location this morning to order 2 sausages, eggs and cheese combo so when I got to the window I requested a drink holder the young woman was very negative she didn't have any drink holder then I ask for ketchup and no ketchup they need to closes this restaurant very bad management and customer service
