I pulled through the drive thru at like 1 o’clock in the afternoon and it smelled like they were hotboxing the store. I personally don’t care so much but I know others do.
All but one of the people seemed like they cared at all. Bro on the fries deserves a raise because he hooked me up and they were the only thing done well, he also served me my food and was polite. My biscuit was awful, like disrespectfully bad. The bacon was horrendous, super salty and parts of it were disgusting like the fat hadn’t been cooked. I knew Biscuitville was better but damn it ain’t even close. Also, the dichotomy between how this bojangles and the Chick-fil-A across the street operate is hilarious and worth seeing alone.

I went through the drive thru and I’ve been waiting 30 minutes for my food. This location is the slowest. I don’t know why I bother to ever stop here. It’s every single time. Everyone inside and in the drive thru is just sitting and waiting. I’ll probably be at an hour waiting and still won’t have my food. Avoid at all cost.

Went through drive-thru today around 2 PM. The chicken that was given to me, felt like it was from the morning, and the fries that I was given has so much grease on them. I literally had to throw them in trash.. And don’t forget the wonderful buttermilk biscuit was brown. Skip this Bojangles

I went through the drive thru. The dinner menu says the combo comes with a drink. I ordered potato salad and fries for my side. When I get to the window to pay I'm told the drink does not come with the combo. The chicken was not fresh or hot and there was a 15 min wait which would make me late for work so I had no choice but to eat this B.S. When I got home I see mashed potatoes instead of potato salad. This is horrible service
I hate Bojangles but my son likes it so I buy it for him but I can't even stand the smell of the restaurant. Yuck

We just left the Pisgah Church location in Greensboro. We tried to order the family special and was told they don't have any bone in chicken available. This is ridiculous!😕
