Ordered two of the Bojangler fishsandwiches an waited in line to receive my order. The line consisted of myself and the one Gentleman in front of me. Took roughly 5-7min to receive my order. Not terrible after all it does take a few minutes to fry the fish filets. Upon receiving my order I headed back to my car and off to work. I proceeded to unwrap one of the sandwich and eat it on my drive. Imagine my disappointment when it became clearly obvious that they hadn't freshly cooked the fish. No rather this fish seemed to have been cooked some time much earlier and left under a warmer. The fish was dry, chewy, and barely warm. I know fish is not their specialty but come on. If you're going to charge over $6.00 with tax for a sandwich. It ought to atheist be edible.

I can only rate The Chicken Rice Bowl minus the Chicken... Being a Vegan, it is difficult to find dishes I can eat and enjoy because 99.9% of everything at restaurants, especially "fast food" is ALL greased and fried. Of course, this is pleasing to the palate, but most unhealthy for the heart ❤️. Fortunately, Bogangles Chicken Rice Bowl turns out to be DELICIOUS 😋 and healthy after leaving off the Chicken Bites & Cheese. I ordered it WITHOUT the CHICKEN & CHEESE, and it was absolutely 💯 👌🏾 SCRUMPDILLYUMPTIOUS!!!!
The service was also FANTASTIC, and that is something sorely lacking in most businesses today. The store was clean and those who took my order and prepared my food were very pleasant and professional!!!!! I truly appreciate them.

I came yesterday night the food was burnt and I was missing food called the number they have on google spoke to a lady who said she would write my name down because they wasn't making anymore chicken and I can come tomorrow I go they say they don't have the note come to find out the number they have for the Greensboro store is the bojangels in Sc !! They don't have the right number to their store

As any southerner does i love Bojangles. With that said, who hurt yal? I mean it isn't hard to do this job , I did it when I was young so I know a little about it . They are either out of chicken or biscuits or sides. That's what yal serve , how can you be out? I just got my family's order and almost nothing was correct. I'm not speaking on all Bojangles just the Pisgah church location. Be better or at least try not to suck so hard.

food is good! went through the drive thru and they forgot some items so I went inside to get them and it took them a while to come to the counter. the gentleman behind me in the drive thru also had to come in for missing items. they were nice though.
I pay for the sauce, but it's never in the bag....for the 5th time in a row. Seriously? It's probably the easiest part if the whole transaction, but somehow nobody here can read the ticket or get it correct.

This location is an easy hit or miss. Either your food is ready, hot, and correct; Or it’s waiting for 15 minutes for incorrect food that’s somehow cold, WITH an attitude to boot! Wow! That’s a slide on a scale but unfortunately the truth. The reason I am reviewing it is that I know the manager is a great ONE! 🤦♀️

Waited over 20 minutes for chicken only to receive chicken fried in old oil!!!! It was fried hard, and was horrible! When we tried to call the store the store to complain, the number listed is to a Bojangles in Sumter, SC and not Greensboro, NC. This was so disappointing and frustrating.

My mom and I stopped by this Bojangles location just about every time we are in Greensboro. Best sausage and egg 🤤 biscuits. Friendly staff too!!! Sometimes we dine or takeout. Today was a takeout day for us.
