No ice at all in my coke, ordered 2 piece chicken dinner got a plain chicken sandwich in my bag. No fork to eat my red beans and rice. Really it's just not that hard. If the service is that bad at the window just imagine what they're doing to the food.

They need to really work on their customer service at this location. They NEVER properly greet you at the speaker neither when you pull up to the drive thru window. They also have a tendency to allow you to place your order, failing to inform you they are out of an item until after your transaction has been processed. The young girl whom took my order recently, took my card to process, I had to speak to her, she never said a word, too busy trying to rush me, so she could go to the back and retrieve her cell phone. You're at work, leave the phone in the back or in your car. You shouldn't even have your phone in the same space where food is being handled. She was standing at the front looking through the phone. Management needs to work on these issues. A second man came to the window to let me know a part of my order was unavailable. He didn't bother greeting me either. These type of people need to find jobs where they have no interaction with the public. It cost nothing to smile and say hello.

Wish I could review the food but I never got any. Went in and everyone was standing around by the drive through window. Made eye contact with us but no one would serve us. It was odd.

This is the last place I have yet to place a review for this location. I usually order online as I work a ton. Everytime I order it is either wrong or missing something. Bojangles is wrong for making “bo sized” fries a medium but it’s even worse that this store doesn’t fill the fry to the top ever. Management and service is horrible as well. These pics are before I even touched them. Stop coming here

Went through the drive through today Monday December 16th at 735pm. The girl came over the speaker and said the drive through is not working if i want food in will need to come in. I did not go in and therebwas no other customers there. When i road past the drive through two employee was leaning against the drive through window playing on their phone. That's great customer service. I tried looking for a phone number to call and voice my experiance but could not find one.
They lost a sale of about $50.00 because I was going to get several family meals deals.
I know one customer does not matter to this big company but I will never go to this location again.

This will be my last time ordering Bojangles. Bought a chicken biscuit and it was so hard I couldn't even bite into it. Was like it had been sitting out so long it had dried up. I'm not sure if this was a pissed off employee playing a prank or if this is how they run their restaurant but I'm very grossed out. Hoping I don't get sick.

Drive thru closed in the middle of the day,telling customers to come inside. Go inside to find workers just chilling in the lobby. Maybe 2 employees working the front and back while the manager was just standing there. Place wasn’t clean. Manager very unfriendly and unprofessional.

Maybe the a.m. manager has to micromanage her employees but not the patrons. For years I frequently visited Bojangles at 3737 Gate City Blvd Greensboro NC and enjoyed their food and Veterans discount, they even have Veterans parking. They still have Veterans parking but no longer a discount on the Veterans entire order, or just my order? After the manager closely examined (held) my NC ID with Veterans clearly written on it she told me that she would "let you have the discount this time (on my four sandwiches), but the next time on only your sandwich". She assumed they weren't all for me. It didn't matter if they were for me or not all I knew was that she had made a change with the discount I had enjoyed for years at that establishment to my displeasure. Afterwards I asked when did this new rule take place, or was it in writing or was it her rule? I paid for the food. I noticed her unfriendly demeanor as I came to that restaurant several times. Today she decided to extend that unfriendliness to me. After she gave me a 10 percent discount on the lowest cost sandwich and not the entire order. After arriving home I was upset about the way I was treated including but not limited to, the new unwritten rule. I returned the food inside the restaurant and received a full refund. Maybe I'll go back, but I have other choices. Biscuitville wasn't too far away! They don't have the discount but that's ok, I can count on a friendly atmosphere!

I would give this bojangles a zero stars if I could
.. went inside because the drive through was taking forever and waited 5 minutes and the line hadn’t moved outside, got inside to 8-10 people who had the same idea. Only problem was the service was 10x slower inside, I ordered and waited atleast 10 minutes for my biscuit and gravy biscuit only to find out they gave me a biscuit with no gravy. Dont advertise it if your workers are too lazy to make it or serve it. Won’t be back, I would go an hour out of my way to go to a different bojangles if I had to.

Worst store of the chain. Was at the speaker for 7 minutes before I was acknowledged. Even then she just said "sorry brb", and came back 2 mins later. She couldn't figure out my order and was busy talkin (audible over the speaker). I then get to the window, and everyone including the manager was just sitting around, mopping, cleaning, preparing to leave for the day; and ignoring customers. After being ignored also in the window for another 5 minutes, literally watching these people, I left. Bad management, bad team. Go to another Bos

They're out of wings, breast's, sides, etc. The service is usually someone at the window with an attitude. I drive to Wendover where the food and service are always top tier.
