I got food poisoning from eating a ham biscuit yesterday. The biscuit was horrible and tasted old. The ham wasn’t fresh either. Their sanitation rating is low too. Disgusting. Don’t eat at this location.

I went through the drive through paid for my meal and they told me to pull up because they didn’t have any chicken ready as I sat and waited the entire line that was in back of me got there food while I’m still there I sat a total of 33 minutes while waiting. I decided to go in the store and the employee’s were all standing around conversing, I just asked for a refund. That is terrible service. You guys have to do better.

It’s sad when you purchase 16.00 worth of biscuits for breakfast and they won’t give you 1 single sauce for the grilled chicken you order. 1 honey mustard….. .42 cent extra. They hold onto their sauces like gold. Good thing other restaurants aren’t as bad with their sauces. Each purchase should be allowed the option of a sauce. No ketchup, mayo anything offered. Terrible customer service

Tried to get my food at 6 am before work and was unable to order. The woman at the speaker only offered sweet potato pie and said nothing else afterward. Went through the drive thru 3 times before giving up and heading to work. Saw that she was on her phone on my last attempt.

I came through the drive thru on Friday 11/15 around 6pm to the Cone Blvd store.. I came for the Bo bites special... none were ready. The person at drive thru said they were dropping some, i asked how long. He then got an attitude.. said 15mins.. he then addressed me as a sir... when i stated I wasn't a man, I was a woman, he became slightly aggressive then told me he wouldn't serve me, i asked why.. he got further aggressive and continued to state he wouldn't serve me... I'm not sure why, my daughter was with me and can verify that I was not aggressive or rude.. I then left to get my daughter's food and when i returned, I went inside to place my order.. I noticed the manager on duty was on the drive thru headset and the attitude was still there... he insisted they were not dropping anymore Bo bites which i found to be rude.. it was still early and it's their special item... So I ended up getting something else because my son wanted Bojangles.. he didn't give me my receipt... there was tea spilled on the floor where I almost slipped and fell.. The customer service was horrible... I did NOT appreciate the attitude, the rudeness with being called a sir and being told he wouldn't serve me over whatever reason... I doubt I visit this establishment anymore...
