If you work at a chicken restaurant and cannot tell the difference between a breast and a chicken back then you need to quick this business.I went through drive thru this evening and plainly said a 2 peice with a breast and a leg and large drink. She the ordered taker even repeated it back. At the windows u pay ,I clearly said the same thing. I paid $8.95 for the meal.But when I got home what I had instead was a back and a leg. So I know that cooperate probably won't do anything,Nor the store manager, but I do know is that I can give this place one start because there's jot setting for zero

Would give this negative stars if I could. This place needs to be shut down. The staff are incompetent, disrespectful and just nasty. Don’t waste your time here.

Horrible customer service! The lady at the window is something else! She is veryyy rude and rushes you to the point I drove away today! I go her at least 3 times a month and spend a good amount each time as I have a big family. She needs to be removed from being around customers. Will jot be going back.

When you walk in this location you don’t feel welcomed at all. Half the time you try and come in , and the doors are locked. Most of the females in there walk around with a stank attitude & never greets the customer. Nobody is ever at the front counter when you do have a chance to come inside. I picked up door dash orders plenty of times , and watched the person fixing orders talking on their cell phone. I’ve watched a man stand in the building for 10 mins before he was asked if he wanted to place an order and then was asked to step to the front counter. It’s very much ghetto at this location.

Available earlier in the morning most of time sometime chicken that is usually served at lunch available in the morning.
I went through the drive through and got a family meal and they didn't give my myself biscuits so I called it in and they said I can come in the day after to get them. I went in and the second day I went in and they were telling the worker they don't owe me anything even tho I paid and told them before. Then when she seen me she tried to save face and gave me biscuits but only 2 when I should of gotten 6. Both encounters were full of rude people.

Came thru drive thru after work Sat. Jan. 27th...my birthday. It was 3:30pm and I ordered the 8 pc meal deal. Got home in Eden and noticed my box only had 6 pcs of chicken with my meal deal (no wings at all). I know people make mistakes but REALLY? Y'all gotta do better for real. Food isn't cheap and neither is my time. Just please do better.

I rolled to Bojangles for the second time in a month. I had to wait at least 5 minutes before I could flag somebody down to take my order. I ordered the same thing I always have, the Cajun filet sandwich, dirty rice and a medium drink. The cashier kept interrupting me to ask if I wanted the combo. Finally got my order in and they brought me a Cajun filet biscuit. I took my tray back to the counter and told them I had asked for the sandwich. To fix the problem, instead of bringing me a Cajun filet sandwich, they literally brought me the bread to make my own sandwich, with no lettuce, mayo or anything else. I took my tray back to the counter and asked for a refund. They got the manager, who asked what happened. I couldn't even tell the manager what happened without the girl that took my order running her mouth and literally making fun of me. The manager finally told her to stay quiet. She did make things right and apologized, which I appreciated. This should have never happened. Even after replacing my meal, the chicken was over cooked just like last time, and the dirty rice was extremely salty. They need to hire mature, competent employees. Having an immature brat like that handling my food makes me nervous. I will NEVER go back there again!

The company I work for has ordered at this location twice within the last month and the service was great. Keisha, manager and team happily assisted us with our large orders and made sure we had everything we needed before leaving the store. The food was hot and we had no issues with our orders.
