Fast food is always a risk these days. This location served charred bacon on my biscuit sandwich, actually burnt to a crisp and not desirable to many customers in my opinion.

The chicken was very hard could not eat the biscuit it looked like it had been warmed over and it was so hard, workers behind the counter acting like children in a kindergarten class won't be coming back used to come here all the time I'm done

The fries were burnt and so was the sandwich and the drink was nasty as well but the service was good!!
Today my son wanted fries that are 5.01 for a larger and they gave me OLD fries. Then they pulled me up and left me sitting for 15 minutes to still get OLD Fries. I hate this location the quality of this restaurant is very poor. I would recommend going to ANY other location

Went on November 10th to get a Spicy Chicken Biscuit. Lady was rude at the window but gave me my biscuit. Took a bite of it and when chewing, realized something was wrong. The chicken was RAW!!!!! Threw up immediately after. Considering sending to the health department or other actions.

I always get bojangles 3pc dinner with fix ins (mash potatoes/gravy and cole slaw). This is honestly the very worst time I’ve had this and I’m not going back again. My chicken thighs were breading to the bone with barely any meat, the cole slaw was a container of mayonnaise, and the biscuit was raw! Such a huge disappointment. Sick to my stomach.

Rolled up on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving for a quick lunch. No line inside and just a few other patrons in the dining section. The first thing I noticed was the unpleasant smell. Not terrible, but definitely noticeable. I’d recommend Dennis Tuggle, GM, do a deeper cleaning routine each night and invest in an air purification system. The employee taking our order was neither rude nor overly welcoming. She spoke somewhat quickly but I guess Bojangle customers are supposed to understand, “drink, side, sauce” even when spoken as fast as humanly possible. The two orders of three piece Chicken Supreme took around five minutes to receive after placing our order. The dining area was reasonably clean and we were able to find a clean table. The chicken tenders, fries, and biscuits were all very tasty; kudos to the chef! The restrooms were clean and I appreciated the optional functioning hand dryer to save on paper waste. Upon leaving this establishment we were given a warm holiday farewell of, “Happy Thanksgiving!”
