The staff here tries, but literally every time I come here, there's someone new. So that must mean they are being overworked or underpaid. This means that the service is slow and I always have to wait for food, which is getting more and more expensive every time I come. So I guess I'll just stop coming here and you should too

Parking: No cars in the parking lot should have been a red flag for me but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt! Wrong idea!!!!!

Worst place ever , the manger is rude . I order a 2 piece white The chicken was so small and even manager agreed but she said that’s all they had . If I’m paying $12 for chicken I expect it to look like chicken and not nuggets . Not to mention the line is always wrap around the building And they just let customers wait while they play in the inside . I’ve been giving them grace at this place for a min because I notice it’s a bunch of kids but this placed needs to be look at . I watch them yell at other folks as well . I rather drive 15 min to another location then continue giving this place my money . Don’t waste your money at this location . The wait time is awful , kids playing in back or outside in cars . The food doesn’t taste like the rest of the spots . It’s just a waste .

Rudest staff I have ever experienced. Not one word was said when I pulled up to the window the lady just snatched my card out of my hand and shoved the bag of Food at me and closed the window and on top of that the Food tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. As much as it cost the least you could do is at least be polite

The food at Bojangles was delicious, and the order was accurate. The staff was friendly, but the service was a bit slower than expected. They seemed to be working hard, and with a little more efficiency, the experience could be even better. Overall, it was still an enjoyable visit.

Worst Bojangles in Greensboro. Ordered a 4 piece supremes with a large fry, chicken biscuit. And side order of bo-rounds and large tea Got my food and nothing was correct. Got charged for Bo-bites no fries and a small tea. Employees got an attitude when I told them it was wrong.
This location needs to close and if you can take an order correctly then you shouldn’t have a job

Food is mostly always on the spot good but the service at this Bojangles was terrible... The employees weren't working together as a whole and my order was almost made twice bc of the non communication. Also their station was sloppy and they had a rag for cleaning on the food prep bar where they pack the food where some tongs were resting on the rag. The management there isn't bad at all but the employees themselves don't seem too much about the customer and shouldn't be working independently.

Worst fast food service ever. Several employees were there but customer service was terrible. GrubHub & Door Dash drivers were getting all of the attention & service. 1 person in front of me had her order taken & 10 minutes later someone came to take my order. I said eat in but it was baged to go. I was going to the rest room before I left but there was so much water puddled in the floor that I was afraid of falling. I did not report this because there were 8 people waiting in line. I'll never go to this location again & will remember this bad experience before I choose to go to any Bojangle's.

You know it's bad, when you come here and expect bad service, I waited behind a gentleman that was here before me, I was standing for 11 minutes before someone even talked to him, then waited a few more minutes for my order to be taken, and it's just like not one person gave a crap about us. Online order came while both of us were standing here, and she made the online order before taking ours.
