On 4/5, I ordered a breast dinner, fries no seasoning. I arrived home to find that the chicken was not done(pink). I returned to the store with the food. There were no apologies. The cashier took food and replace the chicken in the same box that I returned. BEWARE of this Bojangles. I have learned my lesson this time. Do not return.

Normally good food but their drive-thru line is unnecessary difficult. I'm guessing it's because of the timer. They stagger ordering which makes you wait for an extra long period of time to order. Then, when you pull up, even if there's no one else in line, they'll ask you to park in the parking lot and wait on your order. Just drove off. At Zaxby's now with a long but normal moving line.

Since I've started counting, my orders have been wrong the last five times. It's either incorrect items or missing items. Seems like the time of day doesn't matter either. They always seem to charge me what I ask for, but receiving the correct items never happen. There are too many other options for me to continue to patronize this store.

They form lines often with them doing nothing. I waited 10 minutes and its the third time i ordered and they tell me they have no biscuits and gave me a refund i work nearby and its irritating i know its a common theme they wont

Was told to hold at window for an unreasonable amount of time. Only a few people inside so it was not busy inside. Ordered a chicken sandwich and was asked multiple times biscuit or sandwich... SANDWICH and was still given a biscuit. Walk in to correct order and EVERYBODY standing around laughing talking not giving no care about customer service or doing their jobs. ATTITUDES. Management at the time was helpless. Worse Bojangles I have ever been to.
