Visited this location several times now. You cant beat Bojangles chicken! Restaurant is always neat and clean. Location is fairly new with nicely maintained interior and exterior. This visit I tried the chicken rice bowl topped with Bo bites. It was very delicious and surprisingly filling for size of container. My only complaint about this location is the staff seen to argue and yell at each other on random trips here.

Show up at 7am and the lady at the drive thru just says we ain't open. No sign, explanation, nothing! Talk about a way not to start your Saturday! Sign says open at 5am.

Just went thru the drive thru and ordered a 4 piece supreme combo.. supremes were hard and cold and the fries were too! Couldn’t even bite into it. I need a refund and the lady didn’t even give me my receipt. Can’t even eat this mess

I usually hate giving low rankings but the number of times I have been here it has always been the same which is why I don’t go there now.
The problem is the wait. The service staff are nice enough on most days. It could be due to short staffing. However, the ones that are there, are barely going through the motions. The manager that I have seen there seems to be doing most of the work while trying g to push the others to gear up. I wouldn’t stop there if I was in a rush for sure. The restaurant itself just seems uninviting and sad. Like it gave up.

On this day I ordered a biscuit and gravy but instead I got a soup and gravy biscuit, what in sams hell are they doing here. Fries not up too par

I ordered 8 pcs meals and waited 10 minutes. Attendant call me to the front then informed me that they just drop the chicken and it will be 15 minute of wait. She asked me if I want the refund or wait. That is not so organized operation of fast food restaurant.

Most of the time when I get food here I have to wait 15+ minutes to get my food even when it's not busy and half of that time when I get my food it's cold even though they apparently just had to make it. I'm not sure what the workers are doing back there but they probably don't get paid enough to care and it's obvious they don't.
